SOOO GOOD! Definitely a five star experience.
We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Nohm on Friday Night. It was honestly the best meal and experience I have ever had in Utah (and I am extremely critical and picky).
Ridiculously artistic and creative, delicious and underpriced! This experience would cost several hundred dollars in any other city!
There is no menu, just be prepared to let Nohm delight you with whatever they have planned!

I had two of the best cocktails I’ve ever tried here! I couldn’t tell you the names, but one was a refreshing one with a basil garnish that was perfectly sweet with just enough booziness and an insanely good aroma. Every sip was amazing. The other one was probably the most interesting cocktails, with unique ingredients like tomato. It was sweet, savory, with a smoky aftertaste. Definitely one to try if you want to venture out a bit.

Bar Nohm offers delicious and satisfying dishes, with standouts including their Oden soup, Gochujang Butter Chicken Wings, and stuffed mushroom. The cocktails are innovative and well-crafted. The sesame noodles, pork omelette, and karaage chicken are also very creative and yum. Japanese-inspired tapas and shareables are a standout—thoughtfully plated, packed with flavor. Each dish is a little adventure, creative small plates that go way beyond the basics. The chicken hearts skewers are a must try! There's a great balance of classic cocktails, spirits, and house creations that pair beautifully with the food. The Yakitori deserves a special mention - fragrant and cooked to perfection. The sesame noodles and the sesame oil beef noodles are also highly recommended, with tender beef and perfect chewy texture. The space is beautifully decorated, fitting the trendy vibe, and the service is friendly, though there can be a longer wait time for food.
