Years on I’m revising my review to read one simple statement. If you don’t like central 9th, I don’t trust you. Their food represents everything that’s good on this earth. If I dropped my sandwich on the ground I would kiss the dirty ground to make sure I didn’t waste a crumb and continue to eat sandwich. I love them. Forever.
Amazing sandwiches, really cute shop, great staff. music is great but occasionally painfully loud, makes it uncomfortable to wait inside on those days, which is a shame because I’d be inclined to shop the cute grocery selection while I wait if not.

No disrespect to Feldmans but I think the Italian style sandwich at Central 9th takes the throne as my new favorite sandwich in SLC area. Also the breakfast sandwich is unreal. That focaccia is a cheat code or something. People are always friendly as well.
