Had a great experience with our server, and the food was great!
The only negative was the sweet corn soup tastes like a spicy chilly. Other then that everything was great.
We had a late evening meal and the place looked empty but we were VERY pleased. The trout was perfectly battered and seasoned, and the street corn ravioli was sweet with a spicy finish. Table service was excellent- such a friendly and attentive wait staff. Our drinks were delicious with lovely presentation. Wheelchair accessible, plenty of tables with wide aisles, no steps at entrance.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant meal. The coffee is robust and complements the atmosphere, creating a comfortable setting. Visitors have reported that all food was delicious and service was great without any issues. The Chef came out to meet and greet, adding a personal touch. The restaurant also caters well to large groups, providing quick, friendly service and private rooms for better conversation. Whether for lunch or dinner, Salt Republic offers high-end casual dining with magnificent food, excellent service, and a quiet atmosphere, making it suitable for both formal and casual occasions. Prices are on the higher end, but the quality and experience make it worth it.
