We enjoyed our breakfast here! Our waiter Ram was excellent! My husband order the Hilton breakfast and I chose the continental breakfast. Both were very good and everything was fresh!
We celebrated our 28th Wedding Anniversary at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning at the Trofi (that is only open until 11am). Chef Haydar went over the top and made my wife and I feel very special and well taken care of. He is a fantastic chef and an all-around great guy!

Excllent. Came into Salt Lake City for a food show for food experts. Had some of the absolute worst food of my life at the other places we ate, BUT this was the best food we ate the entire trip, hands down.
