I tried Aubergine Kitchen yesterday and the food was amazing! The staff at the Sugarhouse location went above and beyond to make it a remarkable experience and you can bet i will be back! I am so glad to have found a vegan friendly establishment with delicious food! Thanks Aubergine Kitchen!
Yum! Delicious healthy GF food. Love their bowls (Harvest & Rio especially). Good food that makes you feel good after you eat it!
You can taste the freshness. Very clean and bougie atmosphere, especially for it being a quick order and serving restaurant. They really make an effort to be ecologically conscious with real silverware. Even the straws are made of some bio material. If they coukd figure out a method for dispensing with the plastic cups, this place would be perfect, however I know that is a tough thing to do. I still highly recommend.
