Cold Stone Creamery is known for its friendly staff, with assistants like Angela providing excellent customer service. The location offers unique flavors like Going Bananas for Jell-o Pudding and Pie Like You Berry. Although parking can be a challenge, the staff's patience and fun attitude make up for it, especially when serving young customers. Some customers have experienced issues with delivery and custom cake orders. Recently, it was noted that the store could benefit from more staffing, particularly during busy times. Despite this, staff members like Veronica have been recognized for their calm demeanor and great quality product, making the experience enjoyable for many.
