I love cold stone but prefer Murray location because there is parking available and no construction to avoid. I refuse to go to this location in person but it's the closest to my home so I get delivery from here. Very disappointed with their cupcakes at this location. The ones I ordered were pure ice cream and contained absolutely no cake as pictured. I occasionally order custom cakes and on more than one occasion it has arrived as a melted mess, all toppings having fallen off and lettering not legible.Parking: ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING

My wife and I always go out for Sunday ice cream, but this evening was a different story. I didn't mind the long line that's to be expected especially for good ice cream. The girl with the long black hair had the worst attitude ever towards us and not to mention yelling at her co-workers too. I understand if your having a bad day or it might be overwhelming serving so many customers, but what's sad is to see this girl completely rip into her co-worker right in front of everyone in line. Your attitude wasn't necessary. If you don't like your job quit, so someone else can handle the work. Next time be professional pull your employee off to the side if you have a problem.

I usually love this store and location because the people are so kind. But today was not it.. This girl with purple hair was so sweet, kind and helpful with our order that it broke my husband and my heart to see her co worker with black hair yelling at her about anything and what's worst the girl with purple hair wasn't doing anything wrong and happen to be the nicest one working tonight!!! Idk who the girl with black hair is but she's extremely rude to your other employees and it makes customers feel uncomfortable and awkward... ? AND WHOEVER YOU ARE WITH THE PRETTY PURPLE HAIR, YOUR FREAKING ROCK AND ARE SO AWESOMELY KIND, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I just wish I got your names. ?
The staff was so friendly. The lady working was so patient with my niece who is 4. She made her the cutest sprinkle cone for Valentine's day. She was just really fun and made my niece feel special when taking her order.

They needed more staffing. Needed needed needed it. I went in on a saturday at 9pm when it was 30 degrees out and it was packed. They have a supervisor and a worker. I got the worker’s name, Veronica, cuz she was killing it. So calm. So kind. Great quality product. If you are the store manager please give her a bonus or something.

The ice cream at Cold Stone is always fantastic and this was no exception. My wife and I had an enjoyable night eating here. The only downsides to this location are the lack of tables and chairs and the lack of close parking.Parking: There is apparently underground parking but it was difficult to find coming North. We had to park a couple blocks away on a side street.
Besides the fact that most of their underaged employees smoke weed in the freezer, it’s okay.Kid-friendliness: they will share

The franchise owner here clearly doesn’t give about their customers or their staff.This location is constantly understaffed, the service is slow, the quality is poor. Don’t tell me you can’t find anyone to do the job, you’re just too greedy to pay more. Did your wages inflate with the prices? I doubt it. I ordered in advance at 7:22pm, and received my order at 8pm. Was worried I was going to get a ticket from the 15 min takeout pickup. Guy in front of me waiting for a door dash order (losing money while doing so). Big line out the door. Everyone miserable, employees included. I live a few blocks away, but that’s the last time I’m coming here. I won’t support a franchise owner who doesn’t care about their community. When you do business like this, everyone suffers. Would rather drive 30 min to another location.
