I usually have great food there and good service but tonight I ordered fried rice and got white rice. I should’ve been paying attention, but I didn’t.
I’ve always had a good experience at this Panda location. The only tricky part is parking during peak hours, especially during g the holidays. Food has been consistently good and the staff has always been friendly.
I walked in expecting orange chicken. I walked out questioning whether I had accidentally stumbled into a five-star hospitality training video.
Let me explain. Diego, who I later learned was only visiting for the day to help cover the shift, ran that line like he had been managing this exact location for a decade. The service is exceptional at times, with friendly staff creating a positive atmosphere, even during busy hours. However, the quality of food can vary depending on the cook, and the restaurant still uses styrofoam. While many find this location and the one in Draper to be the best among others in the valley, there have been issues with customer service, particularly with app orders.
