Visiting from Maryland. A great place to get a lobster roll in the West! They are truly delicious and the lobster is expertly prepared, no rubbery texture that you so often find when lobster is over cooked and dry. The thing that would bump them from 4 to 5 stars in my opinion would be to do a better job with the bread. I think this was the best lobster roll I’ve ever had! And that’s really saying something coming from this east coast girlie! Cute and clean inside, and after we ordered they brought the food to our table super fast! Yum! I will be back, ASAP!

Very surprised to have this kind of quality lobster in Utah County but they were excellent! They say "24 hrs from shore to store" and I believe it- the lobster tasted fresh and well seasoned and the texture was perfect.Downsides:It's pricey- around $30 for a single lobster roll but I understand the economics around getting that to Utah so it's justified.Small portions- The XL is really the only size that's a normal portion, the other two sizes will leave you hungry.
