Probably because I come in and I'm just happy and relaxed and in the moment! It's a 1920s inspired speakeasy with seriously delicious cocktails and food and beautiful service. This time I was welcomed by our host. Trevor, who was? Friendly and accommodating which I appreciate. I had the shrimp and grits with pineapple chutney and the beverage I chose was the mescal old-fashioned! Wow. That's all I got to say. Wow! That and ask for Bryan for your server!“

“I stay at the hotel a lot and, as a result, eat at Adelaide often. It's a great restaurant with a diverse menu. But what really makes this place special is the service. Andrea is absolutely fantastic. Her service truly stood out and made me feel so welcome. She always went above and beyond, and honestly made me want to come back. In addition, the main bartender - Katie is also amazing. Always service with a smile at the bar, whether your eating or just having a drink.“
