This place is one of the better ramen shops in Utah. The noodles are the right texture, the broth is rich and as far as I know, the only place I have seen tsukemen at. The only downside is the price. I can't help but to compare it to prices in Japan (I know it's not fair. But you can get an amazing bowl of ramen for 5$). Either way I see myself coming back.
Places like this will remind you that Salt Lake City has good food and is certainly on the come up. Ramen is top tier delicious and legit. Flavors on point. Some ramen places focus so much on the ramen, that the rest of the menu is neglected. Not here! The appetizers (get the wings) are just as good. Get it!

Awesome Shoyu and Tsukemen ramen, probably the best in Utah. Usually need to wait if you're not getting here right at opening especially on a weekend night. Would love to see their menu rotate in the future and add on some Shio or Tonkotsu. Also would be nice to have some weather protection out front for all the people waiting to eat.
