Tosh's Ramen-State Street is among the best ramen around. The chicken was incredible, the gyoza was also great, and the ramen was delicious. Everything was so fresh and hot. The place looks tiny and unimpressive, but it is one of our favorites in the entire valley. The service was great and the food was very yummy. The servers are nice, attentive, very hardworking, and kind. It is definitely the most traditional ramen in Utah and consistently very good. However, the menu is limited. The ramen had good flavor, but there is a limited selection for those with dietary restrictions. Outside of the vegetarian ramen, there wasn't much to choose for anyone who doesn't eat pork. All the broths were tonkotsu (pork). The interior is in dire need of an upgrade—it feels worn and outdated. The wait can also be crazy, so don't go if in a rush. Highly recommend.
