Donuts are in a class of their own. I take everyone who visits from out of state here. Everything about The Dough Miner is amazing. Food, service, staff, and ownership. Took my Yooper grandmother here for the pasties. She grew up eating them and was very impressed! You gotta try this place and tell your friends about it!
The two guys I've met here in the morning are so nice. Can't remember their names but blonde short hair and long black hair. Always friendly and welcoming.Love getting coffee here. I also tried the chicken pot pie pasty. Seriously, so good. I was stuffed. Love that you guys are in the neighborhoodThank you!

I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly, with good suggestions on the fare. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity (or the calories, really) to spring for a doughnut but after trying the pasties, I will certainly be back; the pasty itself was well sealed, very well filled (the ratio of bread to filling is good), and the bread itself is quite good.
