“Edit: changing my review because I went back today and service was quick and exceptional! They had quite a few more people working from what I could see. Strawberry matcha latte was delicious, and they were able to make changes to my friend's drink to meet his vegan restrictions.

Every drink I've had has been great and while it is a little pricey, I understand and appreciate the quality ingredients being used (I watched as the local milk delivery happened and can see that they are supporting local businesses, which is great).

But the long waits in line are what have me hesitating a next visit. Every time I go, I wait at least 7-10 minutes just to place an order. Not because theres a long line, but because they have on person up front taking orders AND making drinks. And then it takes another 7-10 minutes to get my drink. Wish you would figure out your work flow a little better.“

“I live in Colorado and never heard of Alpha Coffee. I visited Salt Lake City, and friend recommended we meet at the downtown location. I ordered an "Aztec" and it was great. Something different, new and tasty for me. I liked the drink, the vibe and the servers ... the whole experience was great! I look forward to my next visit to SLC. I'll stop at Alpha again - to try the Poly! :)“

“TENET is the cutest place! It’s connected to Torrent Cycle and I met the owner Mike and he’s so kind! I got a fresh pumpkin muffin right out of the oven and it was DIVINE. So flavorful and moist. I also loved their zucchini muffin. I ordered the PBC chocolate peanut butter shake because it has 33g of protein and it did not disappoint. This place is tucked away and is truly a hidden gem of Salt Lake! Definitely worth stopping by. I want to try their paninis next time.“

“I was passing through Salt Lake for a few days. Of the two coffee place I tried while here I loved this place way more. I tried the Chai Latte, Mexican Mocha, and a Vanilla Latte. They were all very well made and tasty.

This place also has a great vibe. There is this sticker machine upstairs. The machine only takes quarters so make sure to bring your change. I was too chicken to ask for change. So don’t forget quarters!

One more update the restroom has pads and tampons. I appreciate when places do this. It feels like they care in their customers. A small thing but it shows that they’re run by a human being.“

“Best coffee in Utah. I hadn’t been into coffee as much UNTIL I tried Urban Sailor’s coffee. I’m hooked! Bye Starbucks, forever! I’ll be supporting my local brewer from now on, not only is it tastier, it’s a family owned and operated business, love that! (I also really like their chai tea. “The coffee is always quality with a rotating selection of seasonal concoctions. Baristas are always attentive, kind, and eager to chat. Lattes are their forte, but their drip coffee is also delicious. Well worth a trip during the Summer for their patio as well.“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this place. I tried a friend’s iced vanilla latte a few months ago and was immediately hooked! It’s easily the best coffee in Salt Lake City, the espresso is incredibly rich and smooth. Plus, the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended!“

“MiaoMiao Cafe is such an amazing spot for cat lovers! 🐾 The space is super clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the owners are so kind and clearly care deeply for their cats. The café and cat house are in two connected houses (separate spaces), and you can bring your drink inside when you visit the cats. All of the cats were sweet, playful, and cuddly you can tell they’re well-loved. They even had kittens available when we went! Just a heads up: not everything on the food menu may be available, but honestly, the coffee and drinks are 10/10, and that alone made it worth it for us. We didn’t get to try the food this time, but we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, and heartwarming experience!“

“I always feel like the staff seems a little stuck up when I go here. Unfortunately, the browned butter latte is some of the best coffee I’ve had in SLC so I’ll keep coming back. “The atmosphere is cute. Street parking for 15 minutes which is nice for when youre just popping in to grab coffee to go.

I wanted a frozen mocha but they didnt have those, staff was very friendly though and gave me alternative options. I appreciate the clear communication. The iced mocha is still pretty good“

“What an amazing breakfast we had. We filled the entire square table with all our dishes. We all agreed the French toast was dynamite. It isn’t trying to be fancy, just fluffy, delicious French toast. The sourdough bread also top notch. (Comes buttered). The porridge was great, but comes with peanut butter mixed in. The avocado toast - they also kept simple, but really, really great, fresh sliced tomatoes and I had over easy eggs on top. Two types of hot sauce on the table. My husband loved his corned beef omelette and my friend loved the breakfast burrito, he called it gourmet! Two thumbs up, 5 stars for sure and I’m a very picky food gal.“
