Fell in love with this bread the minute I left Beltex butchers and tore into the French Baguette. I knew I'd found the best bread in Salt Lake City. Felt compelled to leave a review as I just went to Caputos specifically to pick up some Bread Riot bread. tried the Rye this time and it did not disappoint.
Bread comes and goes in this town. Most have been "variations of basic white on a theme" of whatever the baker wants to call it.With Bread Riot's arrival, we have been elevated to R-E-A-L bread craftmanship. Ever been to Europe?
