About caffe d'bolla

Caffe d'bolla is a unique cafe in the WellsFargo center that offers a fun and special coffee experience. The owner, who is passionate about coffee, serves up the best boba and consistently great espresso in town. The small shop provides a cozy atmosphere where customers can enjoy high-quality coffee made with care. The shop features a hummingbird wallpaper on the walls, adding to its charming decor. For an exceptional experience, visitors can reserve a spot at the bar for the syphon coffee tasting—there are only a few syphon coffee baristas in the US, and the owner is one of them. The syphon coffee experience costs $30-$50 and is well worth it, offering phenomenal coffee and very informative insights. Many customers have called this the best coffee they have ever had, with some enjoying a flight of espressos that culminated in an $80 shot, described as the best sip of coffee ever. While the shop focuses on craft coffee, some note that there are no alternative milk options. Overall, this place is perfect for those who love tasting coffee and want a memorable experience. It’s a cozy spot for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up and a great place to enjoy coffee in the city.

Definitely a coffee experience and educational visit. Enjoyed it! Thank you John!
John made my friend and I the best shot of espresso we’ve ever hand. I’m no connoisseur, but now I’ll be chasing this espresso high.

John took the time to explain his process and his craft, even spending 30 minutes talking with us after he had closed; giving pointers to my friend to take his home brewing to the next level. He even dumped his first shot because it wasn’t up to his standard.

This isn’t the kind of place you pop in for...read full review
Hands down the best espresso I’ve ever had. Usually, what I make at home with my full commercial set up beats what I find in cafes, but this is next level. John spends time perfecting the coffee and even throws out shots that aren’t perfect.

This isn’t a typical walk-in cafe. This is for people who love coffee and want to take their time to watch the process and enjoy the experience. 10/10 would recommend, but understand this is more like going to a fine...read full review
