“Idk what's with the influx of weird people complaining about queer people existing? But personally I love a good LGBTQ+ friendly store with baristas who always make my drinks right and give me such great experiences everytime.Love everyone here but shoutout to Cory and Raven specifically. Always super nice and give me great service!“
“This is the first time I haven't been shorted on an item or condiment in some time. When in a hurry, I often go for black coffee and the big breakfast. Certainly a calorie dense, affordable option. Saying that, more tines than I can count, some $15/hr unskilled labor has shorted the obligatory plastic wear.I keep these travel sporks in everything in the motorpool.https://amzn.to/42QiEiK“
“I love the cozy charm and delight in both the ambiance and the food! Baklava custard as well as moon milk in so many variations! And, of course, a classic Turkish coffee is a must! I like the fun flavored sugars and spices to add. Explore all three floors and various secret nooks each time you go back!“

“THE FOOD WAS AMAZING? WE GOT OUR BREAKFAST FAST AND HOT? I LOVED THE BISCUIT AND GRAVY WITH 2 SAUSAGE LINK'S, SCRAMBLED EGGS AND THEIR HASH BROWNS WERE DIVINE? THE STAFF WERE SO WONDERFUL AND POLITE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT ?“
“This place is phenomenal and everything you would want from a coffee shop. The coffee is always great and they'll make your preferred drink however you'd like it. It's my go to coffee spot in downtown SLC. Nice seating area too!“
“One of the coziest and coolest places in Davis County! They have had a buzz since they first opened and not just from the Caffeine. The owner Mike is fun and thoughtful, making each visit a great time! The shop up front has the sweetest, cards, gifts and plants. The vibe is high and the people are good. Thanks Split Leaf for giving us a place to spend time at! ?Kid-friendliness: They have fun games and puzzles!“
“I adore this place! Any time I have extra time before school I grab a drink from here. I have never in my life had better chai tea. I recommend this place to everyone haha. They have so many options, such a nice staff, and such a fun vibe. If you’re looking for coffee, this is the best place!“
“Something to know about me - if I have an hour jn a city before I need to catch a flight, I will 100% walk 29 min past three Starbucks to get to the coffee shop ranked best in town the last several years. And it did not disappoint! Cute ambiance, really nice staff, delicious coffee.“
“I love this place! It is so zen, quiet, and peaceful!Staff is friendly and approachable! It gives the vibe of being home! I usually get iced matcha latte with oat milk! There is a variety of teas for you to choose and they will make it for you.“
“I recently started making espresso at home. I was looking for a place I could trust to provide great beans with awesome consistency and flavor.I went in this last weekend to try out their lattes. I was super happy with it. The store is super cozy and the baristas were very nice.So I bought some beans, went home and "quickly" dialed in my shots.I am extremely happy with how my drinks have turned out both at home and from your own great baristas. Thanks for being an awesome source I can rely on!“
“Great little shop tucked in on State Street. Great selection for breakfast pastries. Huge portions! Great service--happy employees. Biggest drawback is the lack of parking because right in front of them is a bus stop, next to a construction site. But worth the risk of a parking ticket!!“
“Best coffee in Salt Lake City was stoked to see the new location open up as I live in South Salt Lake and don't make it out to Sandy all that often and always stop in when in Sandy. The coffee is great the staff is kind and really enjoy the ambiance and space of the new location in Salt Lake“
“My family loves boba places and this was by far one of the best in northern UT! Super delicious flavor, smooth consistency, and incredible texture on both the traditional and popping boba! We got the matcha, watermelon, and mango milk teas as well as a strawberry slush. None were overly sweet, all were well balanced! Will definitely be back!“
“We recently attended a candle-light concert. The event space felt cozy and intimate and really gave us the opportunity to feel like we were right there near the performers. The cafe was open and we really enjoyed the treats and snacks. The owners were on site that night and Brittany was so kind and hospitable. We will definitely return for more concerts in the future!“
“Their coffee is delicious. I have had a really hard time finding good quality coffee in SLC and this seems to be the place! I tried so many and the atmosphere is great but the coffee isn't, but not here! Both are great. I lived in Europe for a while and got used to wonderful coffee so coming back was hard. Glad I found a place! It is pretty small and if you want to sit with your laptop, you would need to get a good table to be comfortable and there's not many but finding a place with such great coffee, can mind a little discomfort with laptop on lap.“
“My coworker treated me to vosen today, I had never been. The sandwich I had was pretty good, I’d order it again!! I had their ice chai, it was my first time having it and was pleasantly surprised. They also gave us fresh rolls while waiting. It’s not a big space but large parties at a time“
“I really enjoy stopping by Millcreek. Their coffee is really great and I appreciate the friendly staff. It’s really interesting to see the roasting happening, which also creates some nice white noise in the background. The tall ceilings, spread out tables, and natural light make it a very nice atmosphere it get work done.“
“Nice atmosphere, nice baristas, and nice layouts. It can get crowded during peak hours, and there were too many people each taking up a whole table for studying, which was annoying. Not the greatest place for a coffee date, but maybe good for trying to meet up new people.“
“Ordered directly from BRC website; Coffee or Die medium roast and Freedom Fuel dark roast. I always use 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee and these first cups were amazing. Very smooth, flavorful and not bitter or acidic. No aftertaste whatsoever. I salute you! 30-yr Vet“
“Donuts are in a class of their own. I take everyone who visits from out of state here. Everything about The Dough Miner is amazing. Food, service, staff, and ownership. Took my Yooper grandmother here for the pasties. She grew up eating them and was very impressed! You gotta try this place and tell your friends about it!“

“My most favorite expresso and coffee in SLC! My drinks are always consistently delicious, so much so that I wish they had 24oz lol! The food is decent to snack on and the vibes are great for studying or working. The only area I’d say that they lack in is customer service. Maybe 1-2 of their baristas greet you with a smile or “hello”, but the others usually just seem really sad or say nothing to you at all:/ It only makes me think they are unhappy with their job which I hope isn’t the case and pray they are paid fairly for their work! ??“
“This place is awesome. I had a croissant donut (cronut?) That was filled with raspberry And* topped with a great vanilla creme.. Talk about crazy delicious! ? and the folks there are really cool and friendly. I look forward to coming back for more!“
“Favorite bakery in town! Everything here is so tasty and really just done right. We love everything here, but my favorite is the sticky bun. I always ask for it to be warmed up.We also got a piece of the Yuzu Olive Oil cake today, thought it was a little too sweet. But, it was still good none the less.“
“This spot isn't a great space for working remote, but it's perfect for meeting up with friends. The space is small and often crowded, but there is plenty of seating inside and out. For me, the location is the deal-maker. I also appreciated the kind team behind the counter and the delicious food. Though their black coffee was disappointing, which is the true indicator of quality coffee, I still feel this place is a 5-star coffee spot.“
“Personal opinion? The best donuts in SLC! I think we have a lot of good options and for others Banbury would just be in the top 10. But the nostalgic charm of childhood Banbury donuts makes them a winner for me and I will always love the chocolate glazed donuts.“
“Best matcha in town! I love their drinks and food, very cozy place, great music and great place to study. Open everyday until 7pm which is convenient. However it is FREEZING in there, to the point where it’s uncomfortable. Make sure to wear extra layers.“
“A amazing spot for working parents! My sons (1 & 3) spent four hours of nonstop playing which means I had four hours of non-interrupted work time. There are so many toys they didn't even squabble over who had what. Not to mention they have yummy food and drinks they will deliver straight to you. The coffee was top notch, toys were clean and well kept. What a brilliant idea. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough.“
“Great coffee shop high quality coffee and the cinnamon churro bread will make you want to stop by everyday for one. Great comfy spot for a coffee date or friends to play some board games they have for the customers super cool. A forever satisfied customer.“
“This is one of my favourite coffee shops in the city. Not only is the customer service top-notch, but they make sure to take your order ASAP and have it ready by the time you get to the window and pay. Tasty coffee, loyalty stamp cards are AWESOME and the little chocolate covered espresso beans are a perfect treat. Muffins are fresh, too, and delicious (especially poppyseed). The drive-thru is a bit peculiar to get in & out of, but once you figure it out, you're smooth sailing. Also, it's right by the giant whale ? so you can't possibly miss it. The only downside is... they still haven't brought back the chocolate cherry cordials ? as for drinks, my recommendation is the Irish Jolt :)“
“I love the atmosphere and the vibe of the coffee shop, and I have since a friend first took me in 2018. I was just a little disappointed in the Wi-Fi not working. I had made a 30 minute drive to get to the shop to do homework and chill for a couple hours only to get there and have no internet haha. (I was told to just “keep trying” but after about 20-30 minutes I had to give up and head home to do my homework.)Otherwise, I love the coffee and the ambiance the place gives. Wi-Fi is always something that can be fixed :) Vibes are forever haha“
“The main vehicle entrance and exit is from 2100 E. Some vehicles are too wide for the narrow one-way drive-in entrance from 1300 S. Quiet on a Sunday. Enjoyed the vanilla steamer and then a 16 oz sublime soda with Diet Coke, soda, and fresh lime. Wi-Fi password is on a sign, on a shelf near the door. Fast Wi-Fi at 150 Mbps! They have Google Fiber.“
“One of the coziest coffee shops I’ve ever been in, they’ve got local art on every wall, couches and comfy chairs, and a great atmosphere. The service is wonderful and the baristas have impeccable music taste (we’re talking the cranberries, the smashing pumpkins, blondie, mazzy star, etc) regardless of when I go. I could spend hours here doing homework or real work and be happy the whole time. They also have great coffee (in 12 or 20 oz cups for hot) and a ton of funky flavors. Great for mixing it up if you’re bored with your current coffee. Go here! It’s cozy! I’ll get ya if you don’t ?“
“Aside from going 80 in the slow lane Carlucci's is the only thing I miss about Utah. Their coffee is excellent, I haven't had a baked good there I didn't love. Though I have to call out their Decadences (rich chocolate torts) and fruit tarts are especially good. I am addicted to their amazing pasta salad, and baked Italian tofu sandwiches. But their other lunch and breakfast items are also amazing. Seriously go there and enjoy.“
“Very vintage place, makes you enjoy the coffee as it is mostly quiet and chill. But have to say that the coffee here is a little expensive depending on the drink, competition has better pricing but hey, worth it for a coffee that actually gives you a boost for your day!“
“I just went here to get me coffee, and guys.. even though it’s a spot for people to play games, trust me instead of going to those big companies for coffee you definitely should come here. Coffee is cheaper and tastes better. The gentleman that helped me was a really really nice guy. Go ahead and support that place!“
“I bring the kids I nanny here fairly often and it is always a great experience. We could easily spend all day here. There is so much to do from art projects to pretending to run a grocery store. It's also super convenient to be able to order food for me and the kids and have it brought straight to us. The staff here is incredible and always go above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome.“
“Very tasty gelato! Wide variety of flavors. Service was very friendly. Not great places for a group to sit and chat. We tried sitting at a table in the restaurant portion, and they told us we couldn't sit there, even though it wasn't busy.“
“Im not one for super sugary coffee drinks these days. But the Purple Haze with Lavender is a very fun drink. The coffee is very quality. They’re fast as well. It’s a great place to sit down with a friend on their patio in the spring and summer time.“
“The music is a little loud for me personally, but the coffee is the best I've had anywhere in my 15 years of drinking coffee. And I love the business model that they are promoting. The people that work there are great and always do a fabulous job thank you!“
“Great local coffee shop with private (booth) or shared (farm table) seating options. If you get there early you'll find a solid selection of pastries and other baked goods. I had the breakfast empanadas most recently, they had been heated, but still had cold spots inside.“
“Cute little queer-friendly shop in the Marmalade district. Limited selection on coffee but they make what they have very well. The vanilla latte I had today was very yummy. Baristas here are always super nice and accommodating. The vibe is really laid back. A nice spot to chill and have a conversation.“
“Best bakery in SLC! You cannot go wrong with any of their fresh desserts or pre-packaged takeaways. I have not tried their sandwiches, but they look and sound delicious. Also, they are located next to Caputo's which I would recommend going to before or after your visit.“
“You know this place is good because there is usually a double line up of cars waiting for fresh brew. The great news is that despite the line, they get your drink out fast and hot (or cold if that is more your style).Everyone I have met while driving through has been so kind and accommodates all the milk substitutes my friends and I ask for.Truly a SLC staple for coffee on the go!“
“It was my first time coming in this morning, and I was so pleasantly surprised. My friend ordered the Ginsberg, I believe it’s an original to the house. It has a blend of banana and coffee, a combo she didn’t know she needed! I ordered a blended chai with lavender, also fantastic! The orange juice came just as advertised freshly squeezed and so tasty. The cinnamon roll was clearly home made. Overall quality food and drinks with an awesome, super vibey and vintage like atmosphere.“
“Cozy coffee spot with lots of yummy options. Staff is friendly and drinks are yummy- come get the Matcha late, is awesome, although you can’t go wrong with any other choice. Seating available indoor and outdoors right in front of the water fountain.“
“Breakfast was amazing. They even substituted the parfait yogurt for Greek yogurt.Dietary restrictions: They had no problem substituting the yogurt in the parfait for Greek yogurt.Kid-friendliness: They were very sweet. Coloring page and crayons, kids cups, and a kids menu they enjoyed. The waffle even came out looking like a little animal.“
“This was my second trip here. It doesn't' come across as an Italian restaurant, despite really being one. Italian inspired is correct. Unfortunately, the ravioli dish with had rolled pasta wasn't available. A number of dishes with on premises extruded pasta were. It's very good pasta. We skipped the cocktail, but had a nice bottle of wine. It paired well with the food. Everything we had was excellent. It was mostly specials so not worth going over in detail.“
“Emily was my barista today and she went over and beyond to make sure I liked my drink. She was also handing stickers out to the kids which made their day. It made me happy seeing someone happy to be working, more employees like Emily would make the world a better place!“
