“Went to order a the new mango dream energy blended refresher and the barista at the register asked me twice to confirm it was the Mango dream and they still got it wrong and gave me a Dragon blended refresher and when I told the other barista it was the wrong drink and supposed to be the Mango dream I had to say it 3 different times to them and they remade my drink but still I had to repeat myself 5 different times for them to get me the correct drink, it wasn’t busy in fact it was a Sunday afternoon very slow so not sure why they couldn’t hear the fact I said MANGO? Not dragon??“

“I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for years and they always do a fabulous job. I ordered a delivery order this morning and someone took my order before my driver got to the store. Not only did they remake my order and get it on the road within minutes, but the sweet baristas included a free brownie and a sweet note apologizing. I’ve been going through an incredibly hard time and getting that treat put a smile on my face. Thank you to the baristas for being such kind, incredible people. You’re making a difference!“

“Tonight we were hurriedly driving home to Idaho and realized we needed to bring a box or Original Glazed with us! We pulled up to the window at 8:59, literally one minute before closing. It was obvious that the kind lady in the store was tired and working hard to get the cleaning wrapped up and head home after a busy day. But alas, she responded to us at the window and kindly boxed up a dozen donuts for us. She was amazing! Although the donuts were probably the worst Krispy Kreme’s we’ve ever had, we won’t forget her willingness to take care of us at the end of a long work shift. Thank you!“
