“Went to order a the new mango dream energy blended refresher and the barista at the register asked me twice to confirm it was the Mango dream and they still got it wrong and gave me a Dragon blended refresher and when I told the other barista it was the wrong drink and supposed to be the Mango dream I had to say it 3 different times to them and they remade my drink but still I had to repeat myself 5 different times for them to get me the correct drink, it wasn’t busy in fact it was a Sunday afternoon very slow so not sure why they couldn’t hear the fact I said MANGO? Not dragon??“

“I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for years and they always do a fabulous job. I ordered a delivery order this morning and someone took my order before my driver got to the store. Not only did they remake my order and get it on the road within minutes, but the sweet baristas included a free brownie and a sweet note apologizing. “I arrive here at 6a.m. to get a dozen doughnuts, the employees are always happy n very attentive. Even though it's 6a.m. The doughnuts are fresh and delicious, consistently. I even got one of the fruit smoothie things and it was also enjoyable and hit the spot.“
