“All Dutch bros workers are incredible but Jaren from the Clinton Utah Dutch bros is extraordinary!! He takes his time with each customer and makes them feel so cared about. Even when standing outside in the pouring rain, he is so patient and so knowledgeable about the drinks. When i have a question he is so happy to answer and suggest drinks everytime. The kindest person ever. I’m sending this to let you guys know that his caring and hard work does not go unnoticed!!! Every Dutch needs a person like him“

“I come here anytime, early morning or late afternoon and the staff is always great. I literally go out of my way to this location because they always make my drinks “right”. Maybe it’s luck but they never get my order wrong. I have a personal attachment to this Starbucks now :)“

The staff was really nice but wow our crepes were extra extra crispy and tasted like a tortilla. It was like a quesadilla. $4.50 for a tiny cup or strawberries and bananas. Won’t be back :(“

“I've been coming to this location for almost a year now, and it's by far the best coffee in the area. It's good enough that I drive far out out my way for it, and if that weren't enough, the staff are always the nicest and most attentive. By far my favorite coffee place around here.“

What was a bit disappointing was the Meat (Sausage) Breakfast Burrito, I felt that it overall flavor was a bit lackluster, the only flavor that came from it was the sausage and it was just okay. I got the spicy ranch sauce and the sauce was the only thing saving this burrito for me.“

“I drove around to different Starbucks in search of the Macadamian Cold Brew a sweet girl at this location told me they were gone for the year and listened to me wine and cry , and when I pulled up to get my order she surprised me with a drink that was just as good as the Macadamian cold brew . I wish I would have got her name . She had glasses on and was working the drive-through around 5:00 P.M., That is over the top customer service . I hope she gets recognized . Spider infested hotel with a crooked door that wouldn't close, stopped train that blocked the intersection forever... there's much more, but you get it. Our visit to Scooter's was a shining ray of awesomeness, though. Great coffee, quick service, friendly people. If you're absolutely HAVE to go to Ogden, get coffee here to make the stay tolerable.“

This whole area is very clean with nice landscaping in the parking lot. The parking parking lot is a huge with easy access to each hotel, Starbucks, and other businesses.

Highly recommend this area. It feels safe. There’s a Hilton true and of course the Starbucks was a five star experience. we just went through the drive-through but the attendant there was very thorough after we asked for the free water. We forgot something and he ran out to the car to give it to us.“

“I’m a frequent customer at Starbucks - Venti hot white mocha, no whip, with an extra shot and if I’m lucky enough to have Tristan or Liv at the drive thru, I don’t need to tell them what I’m ordering! They’re the reason I’m reviewing this Starbucks. Tristan and Liv are ABSOLUTELY the politest, outgoing, friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met. They always take the time to chat with me and ask about my day, they’re always pleasant to visit with and they keep me coming back to this location even if I have to go out of the way. Although I haven’t chatted with your other employees, they too are always very pleasant! Please don’t let these employees get away! Give them a raise, benefits, etc. - it’s employees like them that keep customers coming back!

There is WiFi and plenty of booths and tables to chill or knock out some homework. There is an outdoor patio as well.
There is no drive thru btw, as this used to be a chow hall back in the day; there is plenty of parking however.
The mens bathroom is always clean and always smells like bleach and lavender…my favorite clean smell.

I have been coming to this west haven/ Roy location since it was built and the one thing that has not changed is the terrible entrance in the parking lot. The employees say people complain on a daily basis. Hopefully you have good shocks if you visit this location.

“This is the only Starbucks that still makes the brown sugar oatmilk latte as good as it was when it was first released. It actually tastes like coffee instead of just flavored oat milk. SO GOOD and always consistent. The baristas are super nice and friendly too.“
