I just want to take a moment to recognize **Candy** for going above and beyond to help us. We had visited a different Dutch Bros location where our coffees were not made correctly, and we were honestly disappointed with the experience.

When we spoke with Candy, she was incredibly understanding, kind, and helpful. She listened to our situation and helped us get our coffees replaced without any hesitation. She made the entire situation easy and stress-free, and we truly appreciated how much she cared about making sure we left happy.

Customer service like this makes a huge difference. Candy represents what great service should look like, and Dutch Bros is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

Two strong shots of espresso over ice, a little bit of milk, and just the right touch of cane sugar syrup. Simple but absolutely dialed in. “I like the firefighter and the Brazil whole beans. The Layton store is closest to me. I have to make a special trip for the FF blend at the Ogden location. I call before going so I can make sure it’s in stock. I called several times today but kept getting V/M. I drove up hoping they had it but, unfortunately they were out. This is the second time this has happened. On another run I actually got someone on the phone and they said it was available. When I got there they were out. That makes 3 special trips coming up dry. Yes I know you do shipping, but I don’t really wanna pay the cost and have to wait a week for it to get to me.

Would you please consider carrying the firefighter blend at the Layton location? It seems to be very popular so I’m sure you wouldn’t have any trouble selling it out of that location.“

“i’ve been visiting this location on average about two times a week for a while now. the location is very convenient for me and they are fast and accurate, which is always appreciated. the drinks are also always delicious!!! i particularly love the mochas and the matcha. not only are the drinks and treats amazing, but so are the baristas!! they’re incredibly kind and friendly, as well as helpful!! definitely the cherry on top of a wonderful coffee shop experience! you can tell they work so hard, and theyre great at what they do.☺ thank you scooters and staff for always making my day!!“

“This is a great place in all. Staff are usually friendly. I’ve only tried one of the burritos and it was not that good. Drinks there are pretty good. I just wish they would ask for your name so when your order is ready, they would announce it because they’ll just say the name of the drinks but someone else could’ve ordered the same drink as well it can get a bit confusing.“

They always get my order right, when I do a pick up order they usually always bring it out to me while I'm in the drive thru. It's a good place to go get some work done or read a book or get together with friends, whatever works but it's relaxing and the atmosphere is great.

“Starbucks is usually it consistent. It's starbucks was like every other starbucks, and I got that drink and I was looking for you feel me.

When I go to starbucks, I get iced soy latte in the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, I get a hot soy latte.

“Visited back in March. Atmosphere was unique everything bee themed decor wise, fish tank and gum-ball machine up front was a nice touch for a little bit of nostalgia, cheeseburger and homemade fries were good also and my friend seemed to enjoy the Philly cheesesteak“

Coffee was great, food was great. Kiddo loved her donut and drink. Which they were open just an hour longer but I get it as to where it’s location at.

I do miss the one off base that was close to Starbucks but I feel this one get more business now.

“Went to order a the new mango dream energy blended refresher and the barista at the register asked me twice to confirm it was the Mango dream and they still got it wrong and gave me a Dragon blended refresher and when I told the other barista it was the wrong drink and supposed to be the Mango dream I had to say it 3 different times to them and they remade my drink but still I had to repeat myself 5 different times for them to get me the correct drink, it wasn’t busy in fact it was a Sunday afternoon very slow so not sure why they couldn’t hear the fact I said MANGO? “During our recent trip to Salt Lake City, we unexpectedly stumbled upon a delightful new coffee shop during a coffee break. I was genuinely surprised by their extensive menu, which offered options far superior to those typically found at Starbucks or Peet's Coffee. Both their hot and cold beverages were incredibly delicious and satisfying. I sincerely hope this fantastic establishment considers opening a location in the Bay Area in the near future.“

“My favorite Starbucks is located on Hill AFB, Utah. The ladies and gentlemen working at this location are always friendly, courteous and provide exceptional customer service along with the best Starbucks drinks. It's important to acknowledge the ladies I encounter: Miss Sharon, Miss CeeCee and Miss Jenny. I'm not sure why this location only has 3.9 Star Reviews? Possible it's due the Hill AFB Starbucks not having the same hours as the Layton, Utah Starbucks on Hillfield Road, located no more than one mile from the base's South Gate. It is always a treat for me to see the ladies at this location, they work hard to make drinks perfect. I appreciate them and would like to let the Starbucks CEO and administrative personnel know these ladies are an asset to your team. Please recognize them along with the entire Starbucks Team even if this location is managed by AAFES. I will place this review on AAFES website as well. Go Team Starbucks on Hill AFB, Utah!“

“Update: policy was removed, thank you! Tried to charge 2 dollars extra because my fiancé doesn’t do ice machine ice because of potential mold. We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. I would think that’s a corporate decision not a managers choice. Either way we left the drive through and drove 2 minutes up the road to Starbucks.“
