“Manager was EXTREMELY friendly, we came from Wisconsin and she helped us get shirts from the top shelf, told us about the discounts, gave our dog a pup cup. They had plenty of products from winter on sale and also the new energy drinks and energy drink powders. Got the chicken fajita burrito and it was delicious.“

“(Little things matter) My wife and I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Service is incredible and the coffee even more so but what I LOVE most is how the employees make you feel when you arrive. All of them not just one but all the employees!!! Does not matter who you are or what you look like, how your or their day has been. I have seen the employees make many people happy and smile with a very short conversation my self and others just by observing their interaction with people in front of me in the drive through. “I have a bit of a complicated order, and the staff almost always gets it right. They never make me feel bad about my modifications, and sometimes they even recognize me and ask if I want my usual, which I really appreciate.

Recently, I took a sip of my drink and immediately knew something was off. Normally I would’ve just shrugged it off and gone about my day, but it was noticeably wrong and I was already having a tough day. I went inside and asked if they could remake it, fully expecting I might need to just buy another one to get it right.

Not only did they remake it without charging me, but they remembered me the next day and surprised me by covering my order. That level of care and attention really stood out.

Having worked in customer service for years, I especially appreciate experiences like this. The Roy Scooter’s team truly impressed me. 10/10 recommend!“

“Love me some Dutch! Not only did we snag a couple of drinks, but I was able to buy some ground coffee too. All Dutch Bros should sell the bags of coffee. On a road trip and very few Dutch's in-between so was great to have 1st thing in the morning.“

“Starbucks is usually it consistent. It's starbucks was like every other starbucks, and I got that drink and I was looking for you feel me.

When I go to starbucks, I get iced soy latte in the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, I get a hot soy latte.

I was genuinely surprised by their extensive menu, which offered options far superior to those typically found at Starbucks or Peet's Coffee. “We tried to order on the touch screen but it was being stubborn with a specific combo. The staff member took our order and he was very nice.

Coffee was great, food was great. Kiddo loved her donut and drink. Which they were open just an hour longer but I get it as to where it’s location at.

I do miss the one off base that was close to Starbucks but I feel this one get more business now.

“If you don’t like a lot of dairy or aren’t in the mood for coffee, get the Mixed Berry Iced Matcha with extra strawberry. It’s so refreshing and the caffeine in matcha doesn’t make you as jittery as coffee. I’d only tried matcha once before and I wasn’t obsessed but this was so good with the extra flavor and having it iced.“

“Update: policy was removed, thank you! Tried to charge 2 dollars extra because my fiancé doesn’t do ice machine ice because of potential mold. We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. “I have visited this location on multiple occasions and am generally satisfied. In my last couple of visits, there have been issues with drinks being incorrect; don’t write a review on a “one off experience” so this was worth mentioning.
However, today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! We had asked for the barista to just double check a request, as there had been a few mistakes recently. Brecklyn unexpectedly refunded our current order, apologized for previous mistakes, not likely done by them, and also gave reassurance that the beverage today would Be correct and to go further and offer “your next one’s on us” !
