The Rusted Spoon in Ogden offers a delightful dining experience, known for its delicious food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere. The menu features a variety of options, from classic breakfast dishes like pancakes, eggs, and bacon, to unique offerings such as chicken breakfast enchiladas and build-your-own skillets. The home fries are cooked perfectly crisp on the outside while still soft on the inside. Guests often enjoy the hot hamburger, soaked in gravy, which is a surprising and tasty twist on a burger. The interior is charming and rustic, providing a comfortable and inviting ambiance for guests. The staff is friendly and attentive, with servers often described as upbeat and happy, creating a welcoming environment. The restaurant also offers a delicious scone with raspberry purée and a BLT and avocado sandwich on sourdough bread, which many find mouthwatering. Prices are very good, and the old southern sweetness adds to the warm atmosphere. Whether stopping by for a quick meal or making it a regular breakfast spot, The Rusted Spoon is sure to please. Some guests have noticed that the menus are not oriented the same way, which might be a stylistic choice or an oversight, but it does not detract from the overall experience.
