We love Slackwater! Great flavors and interesting dishes. Love that you can get a crispy thin crust. So many other places have soggy crusts, Slackwater's are done to perfection. The atmosphere was fun, and the wait staff was excellent; the perfect amount of attentive. It's a loud restaurant, so if you're going to talk, it might be a bit tough. If you're going out for a fun night with great food, then it's a perfect spot. We love the salads, the Hulk pizza is our favorite, and I really enjoyed the Gyro pizza tonight. There's always something delicious and new to try. Can't wait to go back!Vegetarian options: Awesome options for a vegetarian. One of our faves is the Hulk pizza. Soooo good.

Ramen Day is really "Ramen Only Day" ?We showed up very excited about getting some sushi during our visit to Ogden. Apparently Saturday is not the day for that.The ramen was very good. The ordering process seems to require that you have your secret decoder ring with you. That's even more of a challenge when the very nice couple running the place struggle with their communication.The food is the reason for the 5 stars. The greatness of a well balanced bowl of tonkosu should never be underestimated.

I have been here a few times and have not had anything that wasn't amazing. We love the not so normal pizzas like Curry, Thai and Chile Verde. The smothered fries are also good. I think the Chile Verde fries are my favorite.

I ordered the Texans Fajitas with homemade corn tortillas. OMFG. This is the best meal I have eaten in Ogden all summer. My waiter was so sweet, attentive and helpful. The shrimp alone were worth their weight in gold. Fresh homemade chips were delicious. I also had a passion fruit drink that was out of this world. I have enough leftovers for 3 meals. ?

Tuesday evening and we needed reservations for 4. Sushi was really quite good. It's made on site. We speak English. That presented an issue with our waitress. She smiled a lot and was kind but......some how many of our requests were lost in transition like two waters, no ice and a lime. Ehhh, not the most important direction of the night.

After finishing a late bike ride and being starving we rolled in and the entire staff that we encountered were awesome! Isaac was working the front counter, he was extremely personable while giving us tips and recommendations. He then helped us find the closest convenience store to go to while we waited for the pizza. When we got back he was ready to bring our pizza right out to our car all with the friendliest smile. It was personal service you don’t find very often anymore. And, the pizza and bread was amazing! SO good! Will definitely go back!

I went to Ogden to visit my son and grandson and we were going to lunch. We were actually headed to cheddars but when we drove by it was so busy we decided not to go. This place is super close to cheddars so he said hey let’s go in here and try this place, we had never been in here before so upon entering, we were greeted by a very nice young lady, who took us to our seats and got a highchair for my grandson. Our waiter came very fast, took a drink order, and when he returned, took our food order, very polite, very friendly. We honestly waited. Maybe 10 minutes for food tops. The food was superb, hot, fresh. Great taste amazing portions. I ordered the barbecue brisket sandwich and steak fries my son got the prime rib steak sandwich and steak fries. My grandson got the chicken crispers and fries. The whole order came to $46. The atmosphere in the restaurant is phenomenal beautiful setting was not at the time overly busy. I was so impressed with the food and the service that I absolutely had to leave a review and I definitely will be going back the next time I’m up in Ogden thank you so much for the quality you put in to your food customers an atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kiddie menu highest price about 7.99 but very good portions so much so we ended up taking part of it home of my grandson’s orderWheelchair accessibility: Can easily get someone in a wheelchair or using a walker into this restaurant with no problem

Best Korean food in Utah. The variety of flavors and the combination of authentic sides you just can’t get anywhere else. Price is a little more than I think it should be but I really can’t get this quality of K-food any where else. Get the spicy pork belly and get all the sides you can and you will enjoy it. Their beembeembop is ok.

Food was amazing, service was good, really busy. We had 10 people in our party, and it was a wonderful restaurant. BUT we found a tooth pick cooked in one of the pizza pieces. And we mentioned it to the server, but nothing was done about it. The place was so busy, that we just paid our bill and left. I understand stuff happens but a sorry would have been nice.

The dinner food was all fine (pretty standard american/italian, we got the tour plate with a side salad, I would skip the salad next time) but the dessert was delicious! Don't miss dessert if you stop here. Or even just stop for the desserts and get a few. The one we had was a great and the rest looked amazing too. This was a good restaurant for our family after a long day on the road.

Overall it was a good experience. We did have to wait a little while to get a table, it was packed for a weekday night. The food and service was good. There was a small language barrier that our server had a hard time understanding some questions we had about some items on the menu, but no big deal. I got the Pad Thai and it was good, but not the best one I've had. We'll be back to try some of their other dishes.

We came here for lunch, 1130 ish it wasn't too busy, we ordered quickly no line, I ordered the "Fat Connie" chicken sandwich with sweet potato Fries. Hubby ordered the "Mr T" with reg fries. I loved the burly man on the bun! Food was amazing, side note next time not so much sauce. I went thru allot of napkins. But it was worth it. Definitely coming back.

My fiance has been eyeballing this place for years and we finally had an opportunity to come here. My first initial thought was it looked closed (from the outside) despite the Open sign (so I understand the complaints about the ambiance), however once we got in it was nice and bustling. We were seated and attended to right away. The food was very fresh and the whole place very clean. We tried the egg rolls which were very different from traditional, kinda like a fusion egg rolls with fry bread, but very tasty! We ordered drinks, which the waitress was AWESOME at refilling, something I've noticed servers in UT in general really suck at, so that helped enhance the dinner as well.I get what people are saying about the variety of veg, noodles, & sauces offered for the BBQ itself, however I found them to be enough for me and tasty, and I appreciate they cleaned the grill for me when I announced I have food allergies. Our food was cooked super fast and Just right (we tipped a few bucks). Also, they have a tasty spicy sauce available at your table to give you that extra kick in flavor you might want.When it was time to leave we were stuffed, but the waitress told us we could take a bowl to go, and since we both had one modest size bowl each we thought that was nice of them to offer. I have to say the leftovers did not last long!As for the price, yes, it's on the higher side for a buffet, but not ridiculous when compared to the majority of buffets out there, and while the variety might be lacking comparatively, I rather a place edit what they have to provide quality and freshness, and this is what Lee's has done masterfully. This is one of the few buffets I've been too where I don't have to worry if the food is fresh, or feel like I'll be sick from it. The food quality at Lee's was certainly high end for a buffet.We enjoyed everything about this buffet and even bought a shirt we were so happy, something we normally do not do. I can see why Lee's has been around for generations and hopefully we'll make it a new tradition for ourselves.Vegetarian options: All vegetables/grain dishes are optional, they will clean the grill for you upon request.

We have been eating here for years....great tasting authentic food and when you want it hot you get it hot! The other day I ordered pick up and there was a problem with the ordering system, I got double charged for an item. The manager apologized, thanked me for bringing it to his attention, and comped me the item. It is great feel valued and treated more than fairly when an issue comes up. the price, the portions, the quality are all amazing!! it’s a bit of a drive from where i live but it’s so worth it. we had a party of 6, unaware that they would close at 9pm , and they let us stay 30 min past closing to finish our food.they also had a gluten free section to accommodate my partner and were careful with my friends shellfish allergy.

It's all about the show, I know. Our chef was excellent and entertaining. It's just a little pricey compared to the food quality and quantity. The salmon was really good, but the steak was just so so. The noodles weren't very tasty. Veggies were ok, but mostly onion chuncks. Fun experience though and I'm glad I went once. I probably won't be back.

I've been there twice so far and both times the food was exceptionally good. It is a little pricey but overall worth the visits. Do recommend making a reservation unless you get there right a 4 PM. Nice atmosphere as well. The restaurant is well laid out and very nice inside.

Great quality food! I’m glad someone recommended this place to me because it’s a great find. The restaurant has very hard wood seating. If you're bringing grandma, kindly pack her a coushion.My date ate a Philly Cheese Steak and said it tasted okay; however, it could use better cheese and peppers and onions.I ate the wedge salad and French fries. Both of my items were pretty good.The Son of a Peach hefeweisen was good.Oh, and we ate the Chocolate Sphere for dessert. We intended on photographing the dish. Alas! We couldn't start eating the creamy goodness fast enough. Oops!Update:So I went back with my mom and sister. We all ordered the Veggie Tog which is a vegetarian hamburger. It was tasty. Here's a picture and we got the Chocolate Sphere again.

I Love this place! The ambiance is so inviting! Especially on their patio! They have fire pits which are perfect for colder months. Completely enclosed with mesh type coverings to see through and get some fresh air.My absolute favorite pizza is the Thai Pie. I can't find this style hardly anywhere.They also have the option of a giant pie that feeds large groups which is always fun!They serve beer, both bottle and draft which is perfect for the pizza vibe!My first choice place for great pizza and good times!Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is absolutely kid friendly! Same with the clientele.

The waitress was very nice. I love how straightforward the menu is. We got the chicken fingers and fries as an appetizer and the chicken was okay but the fries were the best I've ever had! My partner got the chicken bowl with the upgraded noodles and it was excellent. I got the salmon with the veggies and it was good considering I'm getting seafood inland.
