Fun place for a date night- bring your own food, have a beer, play one of their board games. Veteran owned, highly recommend.“

“I was hungry for spicy sausage pizza but didn’t see sausage as a pizza topping. I noticed that there was a spicy sausage penne pasta so I asked the waitress if they could use that sauce on the pepperoni pizza that was on the menu. She checked and the chef said absolutely and it was so delicious. I suggested they add that to their menu as the spicy rooster pizza! Our server was lovely and extremely friendly and knowledgeable about her job. We had a wonderful time passing through the town of Ogden.“

“While traveling through the Ogden area, I got a desire for BBQ and went to the Goodwood restaurant for takeout. I ordered the burnt ends dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The meat was well cooked and of good quantity. It was nice to receive properly cooked broccoli also. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I am in the area.“

“My wife and I absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious, the prices were great, and the service was excellent.

I ordered the country fried steak with eggs, hash browns, and a fruit cup, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My wife got the sweet chili pork belly with country potatoes, avocado, and a fruit cup, and she loved every bite.

It’s not always easy to find a restaurant that checks all the boxes, but this one definitely did. Great food, great portions, good prices, and friendly service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

“NORMA IS AMAZING. We went to the location on riverdale AN HOUR before they closed and the GM told us we had to pick between 3 entrees that had crumbs left in the bowls if we wanted food. We explained how the location should be open for another hour and it is reasonable for us to request different entrees when (in the past) it has only taken 5mins minimum for them to cook what we wanted and she refused and said we have to go to a different location if we wanted more than crumbs. We proceeded to drive all the way to 12th street in which we walked in only 30 mins before closing and they had every entree cooked and available for our choosing. Not only was this a major difference in management styles, but NORMA was so kind and personable with us and welcomed us kindly and met our every need. THANK YOU NORMA and 12th street for your willingness to provide excellent customer service and care up until close. Norma deserves a raise and please fire the GM on riverdale for refusing us service even an hour before closing when we could have gone to literally any other restaurant on riverdale for a late night meal.“
