“It’s gonna be…wait for it…LEGENDARY. The burger was dressed to perfection. I am talking top tear juicy tomato, mouth watering mustard, palliative pickles, orgasmic onions, life changing lettuce. Talk about mind blowing burger all wrapped up in a bodacious bun with the coolest W on top. Next up we had the juiciest most mouth watering chickie tendies. Now I am talking white meat, pull apart, melt in your mouth buttery crusted perfection. Now that’s what’s up! Also giving an A+ for service and speed. Had a very nice man take our order and whisper the order in the mic for the cooks in the back with such haste, the food hit our table before we even sat down. Highly recommend!“

“Really enjoyed my experience here!! I did think the prices were a bit ridiculous for it being some pancakes and eggs. But I’d definitely come here again solely because of the amazing service!!! My server was amazing, he made sure to check in with me and my family on how we were liking everything and was very friendly the entire time. He even was able to speak with my grandmother who only knows Spanish, this made my day seeing her converse and smile with this young man. I’m pretty sure his name was Jed. I am awful with names but I do hope I remembered right this time!! This young man made the experience of eating here worth it!!! I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Jed as my server!!!“

“Came in about Thurs 8:30pm, lobby was still open (closes at 9pm, drive-thru open later). We ordered a sizable order to return to the traditional bunnies for the kids. Food was good and freshly made upon order. Fry sauce was always great. Kids had fries, I got onion rings, everything was put together well and not just slopped on. The staff was friendly, and patient since I had not been back to an Arctic Circle in years.“

The onion rings are amazing, nice and crispy and salty. The tempura green beans are also great. They both go so well dipped in their ranch and red pepper sauce. Affordable for the quality of food we got. Service was good, just had to wait a little for our burgers to cook.“

You can tell right away when somebody actually cares about their job and their customers, and Cassie absolutely does. She was super positive, fast, professional, and somehow made the whole experience feel way more personal than just grabbing food at a drive-thru.

My order came out PERFECT. Fresh, hot, organized, and honestly just slapped way harder than expected. The energy she brought completely changed the vibe of my night. Customer service like that is rare nowadays, and people like Cassie are the reason customers keep coming back. Huge respect to her for going above and beyond and actually making people feel welcomed instead of rushed.

“Traveling and decided we needed dinner. My husband wanted a chicken sandwich with more than just chicken on it. We searched online and found some options on the shake shack menu so we drove 6 mins off the freeway to Shake Shack in Riverdale. We were both pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. The staff was friendly and attentive even asking us how our meal was after we started eating and if we needed anything else. I ordered the bacon avocado crispy chicken and my husband ordered the crispy chicken with extra pickles. First, the pickles were not your average pickles. They were bigger and very good. Second, the avocado was in perfect condition! Third, our food was hot! Not just warm, hot, which is how we like it. Fifth the amount of crispy was impressive. Reminded me of really good fish n chips crispy. We also ordered cheesy fries to share and a black and white shake. We would have been fine with plain krinkle fries and the shake was good but we were pretty full by the time we were ready for it and felt it was average. The atmosphere was relaxed, pleasant, a good volume for the chill pop music, and a clean eating area. Parking is easy and finding the shake shack was also easy. Pricing for 2 sandwiches a shake and cheesy fries $30-$40.“
