The staff seemed like they were very happy and having a good shift when we walked in and they were very helpful with recommendations! “We stopped in today on a very snowy day, craving a sweet treat, and this place did not disappoint! The owner was super helpful and made an excellent recommendation. We tried the Wendoneada, and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy was exactly what we were looking for! I highly recommend this spot, and we’re definitely coming back to try the other flavor options. 😁“

Not much to say they are kings at this! I will say pick up orders are 80% true to order. I have had a decent ammount of missing topping on pick up orders. But in person its spot on. Good quality ingredients

“This is such a great spot! I have been twice in the last month.and both times the diner food and fresh scooped ice cream was great! Love sitting outside next to the canyon wall listening to the river. Absolutely stunning views and great service.“
“Was at the Baskin Robins, at 12th & Washington in Ogden, Utah, on 12 Sep around 6pm and just wanted to give a quick shout out to the young girl who was working there. I wasn’t able to get her name because she had to help another customer but she was just amazing, so friendly and helpful!!“

“As an active-duty military member, I haven’t been back in the States in over six years, so getting to enjoy something like this was a great experience. I came in today and noticed the truffle burger on the menu. I’m not usually a sauce kind of guy, but I was curious enough to give it a try. My man Nick went above and beyond by offering me a sample so I could see if I liked it before ordering. Sure enough, I loved it!
That’s the kind of customer service you just don’t see every day anymore. Nick was professional, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to make sure I had a great experience. It might seem like a small gesture, but that kind of thoughtfulness makes a lasting impression, especially when someone goes out of their way to make you feel taken care of.
I give Nick a solid 10/10 for professionalism, customer service, and going above and beyond. Employees like him are a huge asset to any business, and his hard work deserves to be recognized. Keep up the great work, Nick! 👏🏽“

“The ice cream is fantastic. It’s a childhood favorite of my husband’s and his family. Every time we cross the country, we pack our freezer in our jeep to save for later and to take back to family members on the coasts. It has always worked out great, however the last time we were there in early October, we ended up with the 2 quarts of the pistachio almond fudge that we got only having a pint worth of ice cream in them. Super disappointing as that one is my absolute favorite and it’s not like we can just go get more on a whim. I know it’s a huge PITA having to pack 12 quarts of ice cream by hand so we make sure to tip very well to make it worth their time and effort but now I fear next time we stop we will have to keep a super close eye on whoever is packing them to make sure we don’t get shorted again. I hate being that person“
