“Julie the owner goes above and beyond. This morning I went for the first time to crumbl (Minecraft cookies) my daughter being obsessed with Minecraft I went to get some and I’ve never tried Dubai strawberries I ordered the girls there then told me they were all out of strawberries totally understandable I’m sure they’re delicious! She refunds me then I get told the owner will hand deliver them to me the lovely girl in front I wish I got her name ! She refunded me for the strawberries THEY STILL BROUGHT ME THE DUBAI STRAWBERRIES TO WORK ! Mind you guys this is In riverdale I work in Layton SERIOUSLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. She did not have to do that but she insisted! Thank you Julie they tasted AMAZING ! Seriously 10/10 experience!! Thank you guys seriously !“

“We stopped in today on a very snowy day, craving a sweet treat, and this place did not disappoint! The owner was super helpful and made an excellent recommendation. We tried the Wendoneada, and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy was exactly what we were looking for! “I got a custom cake made at this Layton location and the girl we went through was very cooperative and let us order what we wanted. She helped us decide on flavors and everything! We ordered it Wednesday night and she had it done on Thursday, we didn't even need till Saturday! Talk about speedy customer service! I just wanted to say thank you to her because I didn't get her name! The cake was perfect! :)“

They do self serve ice cream paid by the weight of your final creation.
A decent range of flavor choices (about 10) with the ability to sample and a wide range of toppings (about 40+) but probably not with the ability to sample (I didn't ask).
Our bowls together came out to less than $10, a great deal for ice cream / frozen yogurt at this time in the economy.“

“Placed this order 5 hours in advance. Paid full price, didn't get the Enderman I ordered. Bummy. Kind of expected this though, given Krispy Kreme's struggles with these Collabs. Welcome to the struggle Crumbl. You owe me a Enderman though. Otherwise, an okay experience. The poor workers deserve better, somehow these companies need to figure out how to deal with demand. These places get overwhelmed in a hurry.“
“We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. It was the perfect treat. We loved that there was a table and chairs and even space on the grass to take our time and enjoy. We will be going back many times this summer!“

Not much to say they are kings at this! I will say pick up orders are 80% true to order. I have had a decent ammount of missing topping on pick up orders. But in person its spot on. Good quality ingredients

“This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“Their frozen custard is very very good, although it’s a little overpriced. The service isn’t great, and it can take quite some time just to order or get your food. The menu besides the frozen custard is pretty basic, but the food is good. Clean tables, clean bathrooms.“

“Wow, I'll definitely be back! The gal at the counter was sweet and very helpful. And the chocolate was DELICIOUS. I got a sugar free box on sale after Valentine's, and very much enjoyed almost all of them (with the exceptions of flavors I just don't enjoy together). I never would have guessed they were sugar free, and there were tons of sugar free options both at the counter and in the box. I was super impressed.“

“We used Zeppes to cater over 400 people at our wedding. It was the BEST experience ever. We got so many compliments on how tasty it was and how good the service was! “Issac is a total boss!! Was having a pretty shitty day and wanted some ice cream to feel a little happier. This nice guy made some jokes mixed in my toppings then.....THREW THE ICE CREAM IN THE AIR AND CAUGHT IT IN THE CUP!!! Coolest thing ive ever seen an employee do in the area!!im now having a much better day thanks to him. Definitely going here again just for how awesome he was!!“

“I was genuinely blown away by this place! It was my first time coming in (Monday night around 6), and the employee made the entire experience unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she really took the time to listen to what I like and gave me the BEST drink recommendations. Everything she suggested was spot on!
What impressed me the most was how she convinced me to try a Cheez-It avocado drink… something I never would have even considered since I’ve always disliked avocado. But somehow, she made it sound so good that I gave it a chance—and I’m honestly shocked to say it’s now a new favorite of mine!!
Her energy, friendliness, and ability to connect with customers made such a difference. You can tell she truly cares about making sure people have a great experience. The shop itself was great, but she is 100% the reason I’ll be coming back. Absolutely amazing service!“
