I’d like to say my experience at Handels started out very disappointing for my first visit. That turned around real quick! After a quick message to the store directly about my concern I was contacted by a phone call within 24 hours from the General Manager, Stephanie AND the Franchise owner, Zach.

I am absolutely taken and so pleased with how this location took my issues and concerns. They talked to me on the phone, texted me and took VERY good care of me for my next couple of visits there. They truly have top tier customer service and care about every single customer that walks in those doors.

Manager Stephanie was so incredible and understanding to work with directly and is making sure her staff is fully trained on “the Handels way”.

I will 100% be back to Handels for their incredible ice cream, variety of flavors, and friendly staff.“

“Excelente!!! I was going to get a banana split but opted for the Mango Split instead and WOW! What a treat! Got to play a round of table soccer and air hockey with my wife for free while we waited. Fun place. The atmosphere is geared toward a younger crowd, but we still had fun. It's a little out of the way, but it's worth it.“

“This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. It was the perfect treat. We loved that there was a table and chairs and even space on the grass to take our time and enjoy. We will be going back many times this summer!“

No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

There was a mistake that was out of her control at the time but she still took care of me as the consumer. “Probably the best location for a cold stone and chocolate shop, right in the smack dab middle of the historic section of 25th street. Staff were nice and mixed in the chocolate brownie like Chef Ramsey, with lots of fancy motions that likely added to the flavor.“
