No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

“I was genuinely blown away by this place! It was my first time coming in (Monday night around 6), and the employee made the entire experience unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she really took the time to listen to what I like and gave me the BEST drink recommendations. Everything she suggested was spot on!

Stopped in for a custard earlier today and got more than just dessert. The young man at the counter was kind, quick, and had a great smile—stood out to me after 40 years in dentistry. “Good ice cream, we like the gelatas and the shakes. Plus the dole whip is really good. We usually go on the weekend & the girl that works Saturday nights is awesome. One time they were out of vanilla ice cream but she took the time to explain the menu & made sure we all got something else that we’d like. Last time I finally asked for her name, so big shout out to LJ at Zeppes for being so great. Even when she’s working by herself she’s professional and she hustles to make sure everything’s good. “We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. It was the perfect treat. We loved that there was a table and chairs and even space on the grass to take our time and enjoy. We will be going back many times this summer!“

“I got a custom cake made at this Layton location and the girl we went through was very cooperative and let us order what we wanted. She helped us decide on flavors and everything! We ordered it Wednesday night and she had it done on Thursday, we didn't even need till Saturday! Talk about speedy customer service! I just wanted to say thank you to her because I didn't get her name! The cake was perfect! :)“

“This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“I am only giving the 5 star review to one worker and one worker only Ej. There were 5 workers it seemed present in the store yet Ej was the only one to help us with a smile. She was fast efficient and friendly. Even though she seemed very stressed she helped us and even remembered us when we came back in.

I’m overly pleased by the way she handled customers even when the workers around her seemed to be slacking. She seemed to be solving a problem with door dash yet always prioritized the customers in the lobby!
