The service was really patient and kind when we where ordering. The ice cream is delicious and the texture is nice and soft and it kinda feels like a smooth soft dough.“

“Didn’t think they’d have many Vegan options at Lagoon, but this one is! Amazing Italian Ice, especially on hot days! Flavors are incredible. As a forewarning, they run out of many of their flavors by the end of the day, so don’t wait till evening or too late in the day like we did! Talked with the staff and they confirmed it’s normal. Still, the end of the day pickings we had were awesome !“

“The workers here are usually very young and every time i’ve ordered online for in store pickup i walk inside and still have to wait for them to put my order together which is fine, i don’t mind waiting but i would prefer my order to be ready when i get there. Also i’ve seen a lot of people getting bad stuff inside their cookies but i love crumbl cookies“
“Lots of helpful staff who were friendly and efficient. For what appeared to be a bunch of teenagers, it was clean and orderly. I missed the big rush but was impressed with the time it took to get my food dropped off at my table. It was a hot and juicy chicken sandwich with cheese curds for dinner and a real good fresh tasting strawberry banana shake to round out the night. I'd go here again if in the area.“

“Discovered this place a few weeks ago and we’ve been back several times ever since.Today, hubby surprised me with a drink and sent over my daughter to get them. But one of the drink order was wrong and daughter never bothered double checking it. We called the place back and see if we can rectify the situation and the young lady happily helped me over the phone and offer a couple of options for me to do. Double that and that’s what you get. Large menu with traditional and non traditional flavors. This is a great spot for family, teens to hang out, or date night. “I like this location a lot. You can get your own sample cups, as well as weigh your FroYo throughout the process instead of just at the checkout. Makes dieting a lot easier! I just wish they had the option Ogden does where you can ask for some freshly cut banana. Either way, the service is nice and the place seemed clean for the most part. Except for when I went to use the restroom, and the toilet wasn’t flushed. Guess I can’t blame anyone except the person who just left, but still. Overall, a nice Menchie’s. The banana pudding flavor slaps.“
