I’d like to say my experience at Handels started out very disappointing for my first visit. That turned around real quick! After a quick message to the store directly about my concern I was contacted by a phone call within 24 hours from the General Manager, Stephanie AND the Franchise owner, Zach.

I am absolutely taken and so pleased with how this location took my issues and concerns. They talked to me on the phone, texted me and took VERY good care of me for my next couple of visits there. They truly have top tier customer service and care about every single customer that walks in those doors.

Manager Stephanie was so incredible and understanding to work with directly and is making sure her staff is fully trained on “the Handels way”.

I will 100% be back to Handels for their incredible ice cream, variety of flavors, and friendly staff.“

There was a mistake that was out of her control at the time but she still took care of me as the consumer. “They make their own ice cream and you can tell. The strawberries and cream was probably the best strawberry ice cream I've ever had. Rich strawberry flavor without being very sugary. The carmel ice cream was also incredibly good. Service was awesome as well. Very friendly and helped me feel instantly comfortable.“

“We went this evening. I think it was their 2nd day open & staff was still getting trained. Many people showed up to have some custard but parking was not even an issue. We ate inside. It's clean & I think the layout of everything is great. There's a drive through, a walk up window, & you can order inside to stay or go. The service was quick and the custard was so good! “I got a custom cake made at this Layton location and the girl we went through was very cooperative and let us order what we wanted. She helped us decide on flavors and everything! We ordered it Wednesday night and she had it done on Thursday, we didn't even need till Saturday! Talk about speedy customer service! “This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. It was the perfect treat. We loved that there was a table and chairs and even space on the grass to take our time and enjoy. We will be going back many times this summer!“

No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

“I'm from oit of town, but every time I'm here in Utah I stop by to get the best ice cream in town. They don't skimp on the serving size, and the flavors are strong when they should be, and subtle when they should be. Can't give a higher recommendation. I love the strawberry cheesecake.“

“Probably the best location for a cold stone and chocolate shop, right in the smack dab middle of the historic section of 25th street. Staff were nice and mixed in the chocolate brownie like Chef Ramsey, with lots of fancy motions that likely added to the flavor.“
