“Lots of helpful staff who were friendly and efficient. For what appeared to be a bunch of teenagers, it was clean and orderly. I missed the big rush but was impressed with the time it took to get my food dropped off at my table. It was a hot and juicy chicken sandwich with cheese curds for dinner and a real good fresh tasting strawberry banana shake to round out the night. I'd go here again if in the area.“

“Wow talk about large portions! Went here on a date with my wife to check it out and we were blown away by the portion size. We thought two flavors meant two scoops. Double that and that’s what you get. Large menu with traditional and non traditional flavors. This is a great spot for family, teens to hang out, or date night. They mainly sell hard ice cream but I guess they do offer soft serve.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this ice cream.“

“I like this location a lot. You can get your own sample cups, as well as weigh your FroYo throughout the process instead of just at the checkout. Makes dieting a lot easier! I just wish they had the option Ogden does where you can ask for some freshly cut banana. Either way, the service is nice and the place seemed clean for the most part. Except for when I went to use the restroom, and the toilet wasn’t flushed. Guess I can’t blame anyone except the person who just left, but still. Overall, a nice Menchie’s. “We were there buying sugar free chocolates for me for Easter. The store associate was friendly, professional, and helpful. She allowed me to sample a flavor I wasn't sure about. The sugar free chocolate is delicious. I also love the dollar section for kids. We are repeat customers and will definitely be back.“
“I got to baskin robbins maybe once or twice a week regularly for a bit.. every time I go is 5 stars. Gave 4 stars just hoping nobody gets introduced..But when I ordered my ice cream 2 of the 3 employee's had fake nails and had no gloves on while scooping my ice cream.. I got daiquiri ice and Reeses for the wife in the quart tubs. Both employee's that scooped my ice cream had no gloves on and had nails. Your website says that's against company policy, same goes for the no gloves especially during this COVID time.. The one that scooped mine the daiquiri ice was outside wiping down tables and the lid to the garage can without gloves.. I just hope she washed her hands before scooping my ice cream ?“
