No one makes it as good.I know the owner Herb Ipansion whole started it all.
Always very friendly and the burgers and shakes hit the spot.

I am a big fan of Artic circle. Been going there since a young man. I remember my mother taking me as a boy and getting brown toppers. I mean come on ice cream cone dipped in chocolate making that hard shell. If you get it quick some of the chocolate may still be hot and gooey that's the best.
