“There was an issue with our online order, when I called in Candice was just amazing to work with and resolved the issue and quickly. It was a large order for my daughter’s birthday.
Candice ensured our order went through and was delivered on time for the party. She included a handwritten note for my daughter and some swag, which was sweet.
