Pizza Hut offers a variety of pizzas, including their famous Calzones. The atmosphere and staff have improved, thanks to the manager. The customer service is exceptional, with staff ensuring orders are ready on time and even knowing regular customers by name. The restaurant handles busy days well, with staff apologizing and making things right when mistakes happen. One staff member named Jen was especially helpful, assisting a customer after a delivery mistake. Despite some chaos, the team owns up to errors and tries to satisfy customers. Customers have noted concerns about hygiene practices, with reports of a cook using the same hands for wiping and making pizzas. Overall, the restaurant continues to serve good food with friendly service.
