Jimmy John's in Ogden

“Ordered delivery once again from Jimmy John's today, only problem was that they forgot my drink. Everything else in my order was great though and when I called the store to ask about my drink they were very kind and understanding. They quickly delivered the drink and even gave me 2 extra brownies. It was very considerate of them and I appreciate them going out of their way to make a second trip just for 1 drink. Also every time I have gone to the store (I always use the drive through) they have always been very fast in preparing my order and always are very friendly. 100% would recommend Jimmy John's ^^“

“My blood sugar was low while I was grocery shopping so I went through the drive thru to cash in some of my points for a sandwich. UPS had parked their big box trucks in front of the drive thru speaker so they asked me to come to the window. Catherine (?) was very kind and showed me how to use my app and then asked if I wanted a side for the inconvenience. She didn’t have to offer that but I really appreciated it!! Service like this is why I choose Jimmy John’s over any other sandwich shop.“
