“If I could give Josue more than 5-stars I would. I was upset over not getting chips that I had thought I ordered when ordering online. I noticed through the patience and kindness he gave I got my order wrong and had selected the whole pickle. I was upset because I ordered avocado spread to eat with the chips and I love the avocado spread by the way. Josue made everything right even if there was an error on my end :(, I felt so bad afterwards and he went above and beyond to send a driver to deliver me chips! Can you believe that!?! I definitely couldn’t until my awesome delivery driver Analicia came (my office was 5mins away) and delivered me literally a bag of chips. I had left a survey on my receipt when I was upset and I did click for them to contact me, when they do I will be giving a shoutout to this team member. Please give Josue a kudos from me and more importantly A RAISE. It’s people like him that keep loyal customers and makes me grateful I’m apart of your guys rewards! If you guys offered credit cards I think I would’ve signed up because of Josue alone. I’m a local in this area and I truly truly appreciate the patience, time and effort that was taken to give me an ear and make a loyal customer happy and more than satisfied! Thank you so much Jimmy John’s and more so JOSUE!

“Got a delivery order and they forgot my chocolate chip cookie, I called to ask for a refund just for the cookie and they were super apologetic. They ended up dropping off a ton of different treats instead! Not necessary but very appreciated.“
“By far the best Jimmy Johns experience I have ever had in my life! Only seconds after I paid, I had an 8 inch pepe and a bag of chips in my hands. Justin was super quick and even gave me a high five, making me feel special. Give that guy a raise! I will definitely be returning.“

“Employees are wonderful, food is delicious, service is fast! I usually do pick up, but a couple times I've ordered at the counter and heard customers being absolute turds - and yet the employees are patient and kinder than they should have to be! Shout out to your staff“
“I ordered a JJ Gargantuan. I made no customizations to the sandwich, other than "cut in half". The order was delivered without any oil, vinegar or oregano, and was not cut in half. Since the three items were missed, the sub was sub par. Definitely not pleased with the lack of attention to the details.“
“We use this Jimmy Johns location at least three times a week for various client meetings-sometimes very large gatherings. The food is always correct, fresh and delicious. Their deliveries are consistently on time (or before). And their delivery people are super-friendly. Jameson and his team are awesome! Thank you for the great food and service!!!“
“Don't know why the ratings for this place are so low. I was served by a very nice older gentleman and his younger assistant. The sandwiches are very hardy. Even the tiny ones are very hefty. Did I mention that they taste good too? Next time I'm at the airport, I will definitely stop in here! As far as atmosphere goes, it's an airport so I guess you could say what you would expect, average for an airport.“
“Always a great choice with Jimmy John’s. We stopped here for a late lunch after a long early morning hike. The food was good, and the service was exceptional, run by employees who really enjoy what they do. Thank you for such wonderful service.“
