I order online pretty regularly and it’s always very fast and the delivery people are very nice. I ordered today and it was delivered to the wrong house, I called and they sent out another order that I received so fast with an extra brownie to boot, thanks that was a nice surprise!
Store #3984 - AMAZING EMPLOYEES! My son is ketogenic (this is how he controls his epilepsy). It really difficult for him to eat at restaurants or any kind because he has to weigh and measure all of his food every day.
Three nice employees went above and beyond to help him today - they weighed the cheeses and meats, and measured the mayo and avocado for his lettuce wrap.

The girls working around 1 PM today were not what I expected from Jimmy John’s employees. One older blonde woman and one younger blonde woman were absolutely rude. I’ve never had customer service like that from a Jimmy John’s establishment before. Very disappointing experience.
