Thank you for taking quick action on this issue.Just watched whoever drives the black jimmy johns truck hit her employees car and then walk back in like nothing happened. I had to inform the employee that his car was hit. Ridiculous!

Ordered a veggie and they literally put only 3 slices of cucumbers and tomatoes. Come on jimmy johns. You save all that money on no meat you should be giving me more than this on a veggie sandwich

Quick service and great food! I ordered online and my order was accurate and ready for pickup when I arrived. I ordered an extra sandwich when I walked in and it was ready super fast! I had the jalapeño chicken wrap with extra jalapeño ranch, extra lettuce, and extra jalapeños. It was so good!!!! I'm glad I ordered extra condiments on my wrap. The crunchy jalapeños really made the wrap taste amazing. I will be ordering this again, exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly. I will be back to this location based on todays visit.

There was an issue with my order but the gal who helped me deal with that was exceptional and lovely. Changed my whole experience !
Order wasn’t delivered. I went to the store and they were cleaning up, too late to get my order. Driver was “having a bad night” but they dishonestly marked my order as delivered. Shows why you do not tip until after services. Location for delivery is very easy to find, never had any issue with deliveries ever in the last few years. They wouldn’t give me a refund unless I call back tomorrow.

This location is in a strip mall with other food places like Little Caesars and wing stop. Also you can find Harmons the brickyard location a little further west. My son loves Jimmy John's. He always gets the turkey tom and he placed his own order here and told the employee what toppings he didn't want. Employee was very professional and listened to my little man when he made it a combo. I was just their to pay. My son loves the bread but he loves french bread too. Sandwich seemed dry to me but upon bite it was simple but tasty. Would I order one personally? Maybe a different sandwich with way more toppings, for sure!! Chocolate chip cookie is delicious. This place is kid approved.

I ordered through Uber Eats and the order did not show up on their end due to an Uber Eats issue. They were so kind and helped me out!!! 10/10 would go back to this location!!!!
