“I’ve visited this particular Jimmy John’s location three times during daytime hours. Not sure who the manager is for days, but she/he must be absolutely fantastic! Every single employee there was totally focused on their own tasks and all of them went above & beyond what would be expected. I was in and out with my takeout order of sandwiches in record time! I can’t say enough good about this place!“

“I received the wrong order, but since my break was almost over, I decided to eat it anyway and didn’t have time to go back. Later, the manager personally called to apologize and even offered to drive to my workplace to bring me the correct order. I declined, so he gave me a full refund and offered a free order for next time. I’ve never had a manager handle a situation so professionally. Amazing customer service—definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location!“
