I've always had a positive experience at this location! I come here often because I love not having to get out of my car, and this location has a drive thru. The service is always wonderful and friendly. The food comes out great and freaky fast every time.The Veggie (#6) is my go-to, and the ingredients are high quality, the structural integrity of the sandwich always stays in tact, staff is always super friendly. Plain & simple, great location and I'm grateful it exists!
I ordered a gargantuan with no roast beef I can't eat it and extra turkey I get it it's got roast beef all over I called back and they offered me a free one to be remade The driver told me that I had to exchange them and then I called Jimmy John's said no that second one is free it shouldn't even matter, I'm a repeat customer for a very long time at least twice a week but that driver was very disrespectful and didn't know he was talking about I gave it to my girl already had bitten...read full review
