Taco Bell offers a mix of experiences. While some customers have reported incorrect orders and issues like soggy tacos, others have praised the friendly and attentive service. Most notably, one customer mentioned that they have consistently received quick service and top quality food during their ten visits, especially when ordering through the app and using the drive-thru. However, a recent experience involved a disappointing order of beefy 5 layers and cheesy bean and rice burritos, with customers feeling still hungry after eating. They suggested improvements like having a cash kiosk in the store for easier payments. Despite some challenges, many still appreciate the efforts of the staff, hoping for better experiences in the future.
