I've always had a positive experience at this location! I come here often because I love not having to get out of my car, and this location has a drive thru. The service is always wonderful and friendly. The food comes out great and freaky fast every time.The Veggie (#6) is my go-to, and the ingredients are high quality, the structural integrity of the sandwich always stays in tact, staff is always super friendly. Plain & simple, great location and I'm grateful it exists!

Specifically asked for no sauce and it was covered in it. Ruined the entire sandwich. Also they didn't add the additional things I paid for. Won't go to this location ever again. Come on guys, your store was vacant when I came in, you should probably be able to get the order right.

Delivery suck’s definitely not freaky fast took an hour to get my food
I ordered a gargantuan with no roast beef I can't eat it and extra turkey I get it it's got roast beef all over I called back and they offered me a free one to be remade The driver told me that I had to exchange them and then I called Jimmy John's said no that second one is free it shouldn't even matter, I'm a repeat customer for a very long time at least twice a week but that driver was very disrespectful and didn't know he was talking about I gave it to my girl already had bitten it right when I came back in I talked to whoever was in charge and he was appalled that the driver didn't even give me my free sandwich that they gave me employees in restaurant are absolutely fantastic just the drivers are a little bit on edge It seems, but yet again I did get that free sandwich and it's still was the wrong order still roast beef everywhere I'm going to give it back I found out it wasn't the roast beef it's the caprio meat that doesn't sit well with me they give me a gift card and since I was in the wrong I returned it to them hopefully to help someone else out that doesn't have enough money or something you guys are awesome The GM was amazing thank you

This location is VERY hit or miss. More miss than hit. I order from here usually about once a week because it’s the closest to my office. The drivers are always friendly. However, the sandwich is rarely what was ordered and not worth waiting for another delivery. Wish there was another one closer to my office. Today I ordered the beach club, which should have avocado spread ( it doesn’t ) I also ordered xtra veg and peppers, did not receive those either. Time to take a break from JJ’s all together

Exceptional place! FAST! Did I say FAST already? If you need to be in and out for a lunch break, go here. They have their standards, policies, and procedure in place here. The place is absolutely spotless! Very well trained staff! Hats off to who manages this place!
