“I went in to Burger King with my grandsons thinking I could get a discount with my Walmart+ app! The servers were soo nice and helpful with explaining things to me. We ordered and went to go to the car and my grandson said I only have 8 nuggets in my 10 piece I ordered. (Which I now know Burger Kings nugget meal is only 8 pieces) I went back in and told them and they were sooo nice and explained that! The manager was just getting ready to leave and he said to me sorry and I said no worries I learned something new today (not 10 only 8 haha) he said to the server she came in for 10 give her 2 more nuggets! Heck throw in 3!! That kind of customer service is rare today and I really appreciated it!!

“Shoutout to Cassie over at Burger King…. Seriously one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. You can tell right away when somebody actually cares about their job and their customers, and Cassie absolutely does. She was super positive, fast, professional, and somehow made the whole experience feel way more personal than just grabbing food at a drive-thru.
My order came out PERFECT. Fresh, hot, organized, and honestly just slapped way harder than expected. The energy she brought completely changed the vibe of my night. Customer service like that is rare nowadays, and people like Cassie are the reason customers keep coming back. Huge respect to her for going above and beyond and actually making people feel welcomed instead of rushed.
