Burger King in West Valley City

“My husband and I went to the drive up window at about 10:30 pm July 24th, which is a Utah state holiday. The voice on the other side of the intercom sounded polite but a little rushed possibly. When we got to the window my husband teasingly asked the young man and he said yes I am here all alone. I regret not getting his name to give him the credit that he is due because he did an amazing I repeat an amazing job. We gave him our sincere gratitude and thank him and told him he was doing an amazing job, in turn my husband and I got Burger King crowns cute right?“

“Rhianon is a super nice gal! I always feel welcome and taken care of when she's managing the late shift. My food is always hot and fresh when she's present. Which means she's running a tight ship and her crew obviously works hard because of her leadership. She is very easy to talk to. She always takes care of the customer. Also, she does something that is not easy for a lot of people to do from multiple different reasons. What she does is she is following the greetings and the different things that Burger King is asking of her to say. This is really important thing for upper management to understand because as I mentioned this is not easy for most people to do. I've been pretty high up in a pretty serious service related business and so I really do understand the value of an employee like her and so I encourage the members of upper management to also see how valuable she is. So the fact that she is doing the greetings and she runs a tight ship and every time I've ever come and she's on staff my food is hot fresh and everything in the bag that's supposed to be in the bag and she's just an all-around All-Star. An all-around All-Star who on top of that is also doing all of the greetings!!! every single time. This is a 6 out of 5 Star employee. If I ever start a business I'm probably going to steal her away from Burger King.
