I paid over $6 plus tip for a grande pink drink, and this is what is left after taking out the ice. I know prices are high everywhere right now, but serving a medium drink with this much ice is unjustifiable. It feels like customers are being cheated.

I ordered a venti mango dragon fruit refresher and it was almost entirely ice. I went back and got a lemonade, specifically asking for lite ice and got half a cup of ice. It kind of ruined my morning, because I was looking forward to a delicious drink and it was gone in two seconds and I was just left with a full cup of ice. I go here all the time and the quality and consideration of customers has been decreasing so much as of late. So disappointed.
