Not to mention their coffee is spot on everytime. Beats Starbucks and Beans and Brews anyday. Highly recommend even if it's a little out of your way. 👏🙏“

“Came for a post parade brunch so we expected the rush. Even with so many people, the wait wasn’t very long and the staff worked hard to get everyone seated. “This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“I've visited this location several times over the past few months (and years), and unfortunately, my experiences have been disappointing. The service was lacking, and the food quality didn't meet my expectations, which made me hesitant to return.
This visit was completely different. Seaydee was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent customer service. The food I ordered was in stock, fresh, and much better than what I've received during previous visits.

Because of Seaydee, this visit changed my opinion of this location. I hope management recognizes the positive impact she has on customers. She is the reason I'll be willing to give this location another chance.“
