“This place is absolutely amazing 🤩. I've been a little lost ever since my favorite coffee ☕ place of 20 years closed. But the Lost Alaskan has filled that hole!!!! The baristas there are wonderful and the drinks they create are absolutely amazing 🤩“

“Today, I got the most scrumptious, delectable iced matcha with almond milk and vanilla cold foam I have ever had. The drink was filled right to the top, and the cold foam and matcha were made perfectly. There were 3 employees there, one was new (the one who made my drink), and she did an incredible job. They were all very sweet and helpful. 4 stars on food is for a drink mishap I had there a while back. This drink must be made of holy water. The only downside is that I already drank it all. I truly don’t know how I would’ve made it through my day without this drink in my hand. Even my dog could sense how tasty it was.“

“This location is either the fastest or the slowest, there is no in between. The constant is they are always busy and I have never been in and not seen a line. I wasonly in the drive thru for about 5 minutes from placing my order to getting my food. Food was hot and fresh and I appreciated the speed and courtesy of the team, great work!“

“I love Dutch Bros! However, this time my blended myst hyperchrome... had a coffee taste to it. I dont drink coffee of any sorts but I do like coffee flavored chocolate on occasion. Thats how I know my drink had an off taste. I thought it was just me but with every sip, that hint of expresso was there. Fyi... this isn't my first blended myst drink, so I know it wasnt the flavor combo with the myst.

Please make sure you guys do better at washing out the dishes. Its a bit unsettling to see how speed decreases the cleanliness of prep.“

“We drove past here a couple times over the summer so we decided to stop for lunch today. The owner is so nice and there are plenty of choices. We shared the blt and the southwest panini and they were the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The homemade pickles were amazing as well. Definitely recommend coming in if you’re in the area!“

I just want to take a moment to recognize **Candy** for going above and beyond to help us. We had visited a different Dutch Bros location where our coffees were not made correctly, and we were honestly disappointed with the experience.

When we spoke with Candy, she was incredibly understanding, kind, and helpful. She listened to our situation and helped us get our coffees replaced without any hesitation. She made the entire situation easy and stress-free, and we truly appreciated how much she cared about making sure we left happy.

Customer service like this makes a huge difference. Candy represents what great service should look like, and Dutch Bros is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

“The food is always good and fresh but their breakfast potatoes always seem heavy with oil. While the inside is cozy and welcoming the outside leaves a bit to be desired. The staff are all lovely people I've never had a bad encounter there“

“Everybody there is always super sweet, smiling, polite, helpful and fast as possible. I love this location! The coffee cafe feeling there is strong. It's a good place to go get some work done or read a book or get together with friends, whatever works but it's relaxing and the atmosphere is great.

I will never stop thinking that they are beyond incredibly overpriced, but it's definitely always good and a great experience!“

“Starbucks is usually it consistent. It's starbucks was like every other starbucks, and I got that drink and I was looking for you feel me.

When I go to starbucks, I get iced soy latte in the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, I get a hot soy latte.

“Went to order a the new mango dream energy blended refresher and the barista at the register asked me twice to confirm it was the Mango dream and they still got it wrong and gave me a Dragon blended refresher and when I told the other barista it was the wrong drink and supposed to be the Mango dream I had to say it 3 different times to them and they remade my drink but still I had to repeat myself 5 different times for them to get me the correct drink, it wasn’t busy in fact it was a Sunday afternoon very slow so not sure why they couldn’t hear the fact I said MANGO? Not dragon??“

Possible it's due the Hill AFB Starbucks not having the same hours as the Layton, Utah Starbucks on Hillfield Road, located no more than one mile from the base's South Gate. It is always a treat for me to see the ladies at this location, they work hard to make drinks perfect. I appreciate them and would like to let the Starbucks CEO and administrative personnel know these ladies are an asset to your team. “Update: policy was removed, thank you! Tried to charge 2 dollars extra because my fiancé doesn’t do ice machine ice because of potential mold. We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. I would think that’s a corporate decision not a managers choice. Either way we left the drive through and drove 2 minutes up the road to Starbucks.“

“I’m a frequent customer at Starbucks - Venti hot white mocha, no whip, with an extra shot and if I’m lucky enough to have Tristan or Liv at the drive thru, I don’t need to tell them what I’m ordering! They’re the reason I’m reviewing this Starbucks. Tristan and Liv are ABSOLUTELY the politest, outgoing, friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met. They always take the time to chat with me and ask about my day, they’re always pleasant to visit with and they keep me coming back to this location even if I have to go out of the way. Although I haven’t chatted with your other employees, they too are always very pleasant! Please don’t let these employees get away! Give them a raise, benefits, etc. - it’s employees like them that keep customers coming back!

Not only did they remake my order and get it on the road within minutes, but the sweet baristas included a free brownie and a sweet note apologizing.
