“Today, I got the most scrumptious, delectable iced matcha with almond milk and vanilla cold foam I have ever had. The drink was filled right to the top, and the cold foam and matcha were made perfectly. There were 3 employees there, one was new (the one who made my drink), and she did an incredible job. They were all very sweet and helpful. 4 stars on food is for a drink mishap I had there a while back. This drink must be made of holy water. The only downside is that I already drank it all. I truly don’t know how I would’ve made it through my day without this drink in my hand. Even my dog could sense how tasty it was.“

“I was so stoked to have this coffee. Perfect color, perfect flavor — exactly the way I like it. Two strong shots of espresso over ice, a little bit of milk, and just the right touch of cane sugar syrup. Simple but absolutely dialed in. “i’ve been visiting this location on average about two times a week for a while now. the location is very convenient for me and they are fast and accurate, which is always appreciated. the drinks are also always delicious!!! i particularly love the mochas and the matcha. not only are the drinks and treats amazing, but so are the baristas!! they’re incredibly kind and friendly, as well as helpful!! definitely the cherry on top of a wonderful coffee shop experience! you can tell they work so hard, and theyre great at what they do.☺ thank you scooters and staff for always making my day!!“

“This is a great place in all. Staff are usually friendly. I’ve only tried one of the burritos and it was not that good. Drinks there are pretty good. I just wish they would ask for your name so when your order is ready, they would announce it because they’ll just say the name of the drinks but someone else could’ve ordered the same drink as well it can get a bit confusing.“

“Everybody there is always super sweet, smiling, polite, helpful and fast as possible. I love this location! The coffee cafe feeling there is strong. It's a good place to go get some work done or read a book or get together with friends, whatever works but it's relaxing and the atmosphere is great.

I will never stop thinking that they are beyond incredibly overpriced, but it's definitely always good and a great experience!“

“I've been going to this location actively for a little over 2 years. I honestly believe this is one of the best locations Dutch bros has to offer. The team they have whether it's day or night are always super awesome! Yes there are days when their lines are super long but that is to be expected on their sticker or any trinket/charm drop days! They have a system for the 2 separate lines and they do a great job keeping track making sure to communicate with eachother to get the lines moving.“

When I go to starbucks, I get iced soy latte in the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, I get a hot soy latte.

“We tried to order on the touch screen but it was being stubborn with a specific combo. The staff member took our order and he was very nice.

Coffee was great, food was great. Kiddo loved her donut and drink. Which they were open just an hour longer but I get it as to where it’s location at.

I do miss the one off base that was close to Starbucks but I feel this one get more business now.

“Me and husband stopped for lunch around 1 or 2 pm. Greeted immediately and seated promptly. There's always a nice friendly atmosphere which makes it easy to relax. After a stressful day we were delighted to have a beautiful lady named Martha be our waitress. She was so personable and attentive! She says she's worked there for around 10 years! That's got a lot to say about a business these days.
We ordered 1/2 burgers and fries and we just couldn't stop eating it was so good.

“Update: policy was removed, thank you! Tried to charge 2 dollars extra because my fiancé doesn’t do ice machine ice because of potential mold. We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. I would think that’s a corporate decision not a managers choice. Either way we left the drive through and drove 2 minutes up the road to Starbucks.“

“Went to order a the new mango dream energy blended refresher and the barista at the register asked me twice to confirm it was the Mango dream and they still got it wrong and gave me a Dragon blended refresher and when I told the other barista it was the wrong drink and supposed to be the Mango dream I had to say it 3 different times to them and they remade my drink but still I had to repeat myself 5 different times for them to get me the correct drink, it wasn’t busy in fact it was a Sunday afternoon very slow so not sure why they couldn’t hear the fact I said MANGO? “My favorite Starbucks is located on Hill AFB, Utah. The ladies and gentlemen working at this location are always friendly, courteous and provide exceptional customer service along with the best Starbucks drinks. It's important to acknowledge the ladies I encounter: Miss Sharon, Miss CeeCee and Miss Jenny. I'm not sure why this location only has 3.9 Star Reviews? Possible it's due the Hill AFB Starbucks not having the same hours as the Layton, Utah Starbucks on Hillfield Road, located no more than one mile from the base's South Gate. It is always a treat for me to see the ladies at this location, they work hard to make drinks perfect. I appreciate them and would like to let the Starbucks CEO and administrative personnel know these ladies are an asset to your team. Please recognize them along with the entire Starbucks Team even if this location is managed by AAFES. I will place this review on AAFES website as well. Go Team Starbucks on Hill AFB, Utah!“

“I’m a frequent customer at Starbucks - Venti hot white mocha, no whip, with an extra shot and if I’m lucky enough to have Tristan or Liv at the drive thru, I don’t need to tell them what I’m ordering! They’re the reason I’m reviewing this Starbucks. Tristan and Liv are ABSOLUTELY the politest, outgoing, friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met. They always take the time to chat with me and ask about my day, they’re always pleasant to visit with and they keep me coming back to this location even if I have to go out of the way. Although I haven’t chatted with your other employees, they too are always very pleasant! Please don’t let these employees get away! Give them a raise, benefits, etc. - it’s employees like them that keep customers coming back!
