This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed feedback. The atmosphere feels welcoming and the building is clean and tidy. One customer always gets a fresh hot cup of coffee and appreciates the clean environment. The people in the building are fantastic, though a staff member named Trevor was sitting in his car doing nothing while a line was nearly into the road. Another customer had a mobile order for a hot matcha that came out iced. The staff quickly and kindly remade it and offered the wrong order. However, the remake was not made with the right milk, no SF vanilla was added, and the drink had clumps. The customer felt the barista needed more experience. Drinks are well made, but the drive through is prioritized too heavily. One double smoke sandwich had no bacon and both were dry and bland. The politest, outgoing, friendliest employees are Tristan and Liv, who always take time to chat and keep customers coming back. Other employees are also pleasant. A frequent customer orders a Venti hot white mocha, no whip, with an extra shot. The drinks are consistently made right and taste how they should.
