Favorite Starbucks in salt lake super fancy so yummy!
She was so quiet and not inviting at all. Please if you don’t like people don’t work in customer service. I understand we all have our bad days…

Company policy at Starbucks is that they offer free water. I haven’t had a problem until today with it. When I asked for water the worker was playing on her phone and told me to get it somewhere else. It’s really not that big of a deal to give out free water if it’s company policy.
