I've been coming to this McDonald's for years. I live near by and always walk to it.
I came to grab the world cup meal they are offering. Upon arrival I grabbed my meal and realized how cold the fries were. This has never happened. Service really has gone down
It's not even busy. I realize they just got rid of their cold left over fries on me.So disappointing.

This might not be important to many but they have the best Dr Pepper we’ve had in a long time!
I understand you guys have to hit drive through times but there’s a balance here. There’s 6 cars waiting in the parking lot on their food. Orders are confused and wrong. By hitting you speed goal you’re slowing down the whole process. My 2 sausage burritos took 45 minutes.
