La Barba Coffee and Breakfast Tacos offers wonderful drip coffee, including a Colombian Geisha as a standard option. The standard espresso is sharp, dark, and smooth. The establishment also serves fantastic breakfast tacos with great tortillas. The salsa verde is fabulous, and the red salsa is roasted with a hint of lime. A collection of different breakfast tacos is available. The owners care about the customer's experience with coffee as much as they do in making it.
