The cake was not only stunning, it was SO delicious. Jennifer exceeded every standard of service and truly outdid herself. She was kind, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire process, and what meant the most to me was her genuine recognition of just how important this was to both me and my little boy. You can immediately tell that she truly cares about her craft and her customers. She didn't just gain a customer for life--I genuinely feel like I made a friend. The lady helping me took some time searching through drawers trying to find the labels, and I was in a bit of a hurry. But I left there with a red velvet, snickerdoodle, sugar cookie, Reese's, grasshopper, and dipped peanut butter. Plus I was gifted a bonus cookie for helping the shop owner remember something he had forgotten. His energy was super contagious. I love people who love what they do. These cookies are similar in taste and texture to ones you'd bake at home (except you don't have to go to the trouble to make them). They're not like the thick, soft ones at Crumbl or other cookie shops. So if you're into a more classic cookie texture, this is your place. They had tons of little gift bag options too.
